He does have a better OR than i do by some way, but I disagree. Puncheon's underlying stats are better, his DGW (should you keep him that long) is slightly better (away to Everton, while Bacuna is away to City) and PUncheon plays a much more advanced average position, better chances created, better threat...

Waiting on Koscielny news, easy sell if hes unfit as he has a blank and terrible fixtures after. Even then so - for who ?? Initial thoughts were Palace since they have a GW29 fixture and a DGW coming up as well but one of those DGW fixtures is away to Everton where they probably won't keep a CS anyway. Other option would be Bassong I guess..
If Kosc is fit, I'm thinking Silva to Snodgrass, which would allow me to Ade->Aguero GW 30. Don't have a clue what I'll do in GW 29 though with my transfer that week

I've decided to take hits every DGW and get as many DGW players out as possible and hope that it pays off.
I'll either end up ~200k or the top 10k!
Never alter what I'm doing because of what's happening in my mini-league.
Our only goal is to get a green arrow every week & a grey one on the last...

I guess there may come a time when you have to make moves to protect your lead which might not be the highest overall EV play.
The best play is the same if you're down 100pts or up 100pts...
Again at the end of the year only your overall rank matters.
If you "win" that then no mini-league competitor can beat you.
Obv thats not even close to being true. If ur 10 points ahead and have the same team as 2nd place and knew he was gonna cap Hazard you 100% have to copy him even if hazard is play City away and Suarez has Norwich at home. Its not the highest overall play but it wins you ur ML.

As unlike as this is to happen its still a spot where you shouldn't play as you always have 🙂
Even under this wholy unrealistic scenario you're still wrong because, choosing a captain to block one opponent from overtaking you only opens the door to allow others in your mini-league to leap frog you.
Further, it lessens your chances of winning the entire competition which, is the ultimate goal after all...
If its that close and its the final week then fair enough. But how likely is it you'll have exactly the same team with the same captain? In general its better to play your own game than copy somebody else deliberately (which only reduces your chances of extending that lead to a comfortable one).
Just overtook a rival who was 100 points ahead of me,in 3 weeks. Now the leader is about 60 points ahead...I have no plans in slowing down.

I think you need to work the fixture list now.
Prioritise the players with fixtures and forget those without.
Cull the Citeh players. Kol->Olsen and Silva->Llalana for starters.

imo try to get at least 6-7 players even for a hit or two but try to maintain players that have big chance to do well in future DGWs. The load up DGW players.

Doubling up CHE def is surely tempting but if I do Kolarov & Kos -> Olsson & Chambers (GW 28 & 29), it'd be easier for me do Ade to Kun straight swap later on. if I go CHE def i have to downgrade either Mirallas or Lallana who I just brought yesterday.
Having Chambers, Olsson, Vlaar and Ward as 4/5 of your defence doesn't fill me with much confidence mate!
now why are people so keen on Snodgrass ? hes not consistent and he just had 3 goals all season..
his background stats are good except shooting percentage/shots on target, which are pretty important, hence only 3 goals.. also on set pieces and no blank gameweeks
Yeah, I would actually prefer Adam myself. Snoddy has so many long runs of 2-3 pointers, all because he can't get the ball on target in my opinion. And all his assist stats don't mean anything if Norwich never score. Wolfy needs to find form, then I would consider him.

Stating the obvious: Each hit in gw 29 will technically be a -2 if the player avoids a booking ofcourse and doesn't concede 2 or more goals in case of defenders/gks.
So, I will be taking 2 hits that week giving me 10 players for "-4" one of which will be a Palace attacker who has a dgw soon! Doesn't look bad to me. Thoughts?

If I were to invest, I'd go with Joe Hart. 6.0m is just as cheap as Zabaleta, and 0.4m less than Kompany, either of whom may face rotation, or would be likelier to pick up injuries in other competitions.

This is my real problem
David Silva is pure FPL garbage. I've RMT-opined I don't know how many times against owning Yaya over Silva, and I know how wrong that was, and yet I also know what odds that went against.
I've been trying to decide HOW essential Yaya might be for rest-of-season, and I'm beginning to wonder:

If you take hits to get some players just for gw29, ditched players have DGW coming up, you will have to take hits again to get those players for DGWs.
