Sorry but this Suarez excuse is disgraceful, the reasoning as to why it's no assist is rubbish, if Suarez hadn't made the run in the box that led to the penalty then it wouldn't of been a penalty, hence it SHOULD be a Suarez assist.

The mental gymnastics from some on here to try and argue that that should not have been an assist are quite incredible! I mean I know we all have MLs to win but just say I hope it isn't added instead of coming up with some bizarre explaination as to why it shouldn't.

I don't have Hm as captain but this is just the latest in a long line of embarrassing decisions re assists , some of which I have benefited from.

The inconsistency is pretty annoying. And I don't have that much money on my MLs. I personally wouldn't have a problem with them waiting one day until OPTA confirm the key stats. We can all look at Smarty Pants' blog to estimate where we are and the casuals wouldn't know the difference.

This one seems odd purely because every other handball has been given out as an assist, and most of the people complaining are captainers.

A couple of hours ago I sent an email to FPL re the Saurez assist (and got some flak on here from a few people when I posted it). The issue is now settled as far as I'm concerned, but when I get the reply they say the'll send in a day or two I'll post it.
