2 questions:
1) Is Gerrard worth 3.4m more than Sterling and 2.9m more than Henderson?
2) Are Jelavic and Carroll legitimate alternative to Lukaku for that 3rd striker spot?Open Controls-
1. Absolutely... Nailed on, takes all set-pieces and penalties. Sterling may give way to a holding midfielder (Lucas) against harder opposition.
2. Jelly is looking a decent punt.Open Controls -
1) some say yes, I think sterling is a better option and then you can get baines/coleman or upgrade another mid
2) not sure... maybe. giroud punt could be quite nice tooOpen Controls-
-
Yeah, he's another one. So cheap and looking nailed on for FUL. Would you leave that 3rd slot open for Aguero when he comes back or start with 3 MCY on a WC?

1) controversial but i say no. Sterling is THE budget midfielder to own imo. he is pretty nailed on too and does not depend on set pieces for points
2) again.. i like lukaku. Somethin to play for atleast as compared to west ham and hull who are facin mid table obscurityOpen Controls

Post got stuck on bottom of last page, reposting.
Need some advice:
Mannone*
Coleman* | Ivan | Olsson
Gerrard* | Yaya* | Lallana | Hazard
Suarez*(c) | Sturridge* | Lukaku*
Bench: Boruc, Bruce, Ward, Noone, 0.8m in bank
I have already done 2 transfers, sitting at -4 now.
Counting the DGW players I have, only have 7 at the moment. Think that's a tad too little? Looking at two options here:
A. Bruce -> Chester (-8) and play 4-3-3 with Lallana benched
B. Lallana -> Nolan (-8) and play 3-4-3
C. Bruce -> Williamson/Bardsley (-8) but they don't have good fixtures after the double
D. Do nothing, team is good enough
I'm reluctant to get Chester because of the blank in GW34, but Nolan's fixtures don't look that great after the double either.
What should I do?Open Controls -
RMT for the double (-4)?
Adrián
Coleman, Koscielny, Zabaleta
Yaya(vc), Gerrard, Nolan, Hazard
Sturridge, Lukaku, Suárez(c)
(Boruc, Noone, Azpi, Ward)Open Controls-

Looks tasty.
Open Controls -
Very good. Damn, that's probably better than mine and I'm Wildcarding!
Open Controls -
Very good!
That teams similar to mine, and I'm also on a -4.
Adrian
Distin, Rosenior, Zabaleta
Yaya, Gerrard, Nolan, Hazard
Sturridge, Lukaku, Suarez

Have 9 DGW'ers inc SAS
Is hazard out for Stevie G worth -4 hit?Open Controls -

I'd say yes.
You could even bring Evra back in towards the end of the season, to give you these 11 fixtures for that slot;
SWA+new / ful / ARS / sun+CPL / MUN / * / NOR / SUN+HUL / sot.
*bring in Evra.Open Controls -
no
Open Controls -
Close, but I think so. The extra DGW and the MUN blank in GW34 being the clinchers.

Which of these 3 look best?
A) Baines, Williamson, Gerrard, Jelavic
B) Distin, Williamson, Gerrard, Lukaku
C) Baines, Koscielny, Sterling, Lukaku
Manonne, Adrian
Coleman, Terry, xxx, xxx, Chester
Yaya, Silva, xxx, Nolan, Ki

new day new crowd. play Ki(nor liv) or Cahill (ARS)?
Open Controls-
Ki won't do anything at all.
Chelsea have a good chance of getting a cleanie.

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Here is my WC team, if anyone could give me any tips or advice on it I will be really grateful 🙂
Mannone (K. Davis)
Distin Zabaleta Chester (Ward, Shaw)
Yaya AJ Nolan Sterling (Hazard)
Suarez Lukaku SturridgeOpen Controls-
I really don't like that midfield. It's ok for this week though...
But after this gameweek you'll have to bench players who cost a lot. I'd rather downgrade one to a cheapie, and get a premium midfielder in.
Even if that was your transfer plan, in my opinion it'll just be a waste of transfers.Open Controls

Gabbidon to Zabaleta -4 no brainer right?
Would allow me to get

How's the team look?
Boruc

Cahill - Ward - Poz
already sponked out a -8 with Mata/Lallana/Azpi > Silva/Gerrard/ZabOpen Controls-

Ok, last question chaps - is it worth keeping cash back for a Hazard upgrade, or better to use those funds now and worry about getting Hazard back later?
If better to keep the cash, best way to raise an extra 0.6m (funds a Yaya -> Hazard move), or an extra 1.5m (funds a Gerrard/Silva -> Hazard move)?
CURRENT WC TEAM
Manonne, Adrian
Terry, Coleman, Distin, Williamson, Chester

This!
But Nolan > Sissoko + Silva > Hazard.Open Controls -
Don't fancy Sissoko and would need to lose Gerrard to get Sterling.
Lukaku -> Jelavic/Dzeko, or
Distin -> Bruce/Dummett
Would both leave enough cash for Gerrard/Silva -> Haz next week. Thoughts?Open Controls-
Could you not do Distin > a CPL defender.
Would set you up for their forthcoming DGW.Open Controls-
Dann would likely leave me 0.1m short of Gerrard/Silva -> Haz next week, and the 3.9m options don't look nailed on
Perhaps Adrian -> Gazzaniga (just play Manonne every week) and Distin -> Bardsley/Dann?
I'm quite tempted with Dzeko, although know it'll end in tears!Open Controls
-
-
-
-
Depends on when u want get in haz. Personally ur cash seems tight not sure how u going to raise the 1.5m out. But with 7 games to go i guess u shld downgrade ki to gnabry and have more cash itb since u will not be playing ki.
Open Controls-
Good point - I think my best options are either:
A) Distin & Ki -> Dann & a 4.1m mid (bench every week), or
B) Lukaku -> Jelavic/Dzeko
Best one?Open Controls-
I would pick A since dann has a dgw on gw34 and u can get away by playing chester williamson coleman this wk. Not a fan of dzeko as jov and kun back soon which may threaten his place even for the utd game imo. And his cheap price will mean that u will find it hard to replace.

Should I play:
A. Krul CRY(H), EVE(H)
B. Mannone NOR(A), LIV(A)Open Controls -
Rvp to?
Open Controls-
-
Seriously? Even if he's only out for a short while, he's unlikely to be fit for the dgw. Very much worth a -4 to replace with someone who will have two fixtures.
Rooney would be an option if you like the idea of United strikers.Open Controls
-
-
-
Somehow benching the likes of hazard n lallana for Sissoko and chester makes my team look so Weak on paper
Open Controls -
Wow, are all the RMDGWTs similar.
The biggest differentials are the points hits taken, and whether to play Hazard.
Captain choice could also provide a bit swing, but 90% will give it to Suarez unless they are seriously chasing.Open Controls-
That said, RMDGWT (-8):
Mannone
Koscielny Coleman Baines
Hazard Silva Mata Sissoko
Lukaku Suarez(c) Sturridge
Boruc Azpilicueta Noone WardOpen Controls-
That's a good point, all very similar.
I don't like double Everton defence myself . Don't like lukaku either, frankly he's been rubbish I think. Dzko is my 3rd striker. Maybe jelavic.Open Controls-
Lukaku played well not rubbish, was kept from scoring by an afternoon of top quality keeping by Marshall.
Open Controls-
this.. im happier i own him uptil gw 34 than i would be without
Open Controls
-
-
I haven't actually made the move for Baines yet, but I'm more and more sure that it is a good idea, even having Coleman, too. The fact that Everton have another double in gw34 (again with nice fixtures) is the clincher for me. Baines is still the most likely defender to get attacking returns, and over two games where there is also a decent chance of clean sheets, it is a worthwhile gamble.
I can't disagree about Lukaku. I brought him in last week and captained him. But looking past my disappointment, it is not worth taking him out for -4.Open Controls

All similar here, but not my rivals in my mini-league

I'm on wc and have
Adrian (mannone)
Kos kola Coleman (Ivan, Delaney )
Yaya sterling Nolan ki (haz)
Dzko Suarez sturridge
Tempted to drop sterling for maybe Livermore and play Flanagan (and drop Delaney)Open Controls-
Looks nice. Personally not keen on Nolan. Sterling is good at his price, I suppose.
Have you considered not including Ivanovic and upgrading one of your midfielders to Gerrard, Silva, or even Mata might be a decent punt with RvP on the sidelines.
Kolarov has to be seen as a punt. Game time is very uncertain, but could pay off.Open Controls

WC advice needed - which of these 3 options is best?
A) Mannone, Zab, Coleman, Baines, Silva, Sterling, Yaya, Nolan, Lukaku, Sturridge, Suarez
(difference Zab, Sterling, Nolan, Lukaku)
B) Mannone, Bardsy, Coleman, Baines, Silva, Gerrard, Yaya, Johnson, Lukaku, Sturridge, Suarez
(difference Bardsley, Gerrard, Johnson, Lukaku)
C)A) Mannone, Distin, Coleman, Baines, Silva, Nolan, Yaya, Gerrard, Dzeko, Sturridge, Suarez (difference Distin, Gerrard, Nolan, Dzeko)Open Controls-
I like the look of C, apart from the triple Everton defence. Distin to Debuchy or Collins could work, or Zabaleta if you can afford him.

Who would you say is most important to have if WCing this week?
Baines or Nolan?
RMT tool has Baines as the big winner.Open Controls-
RMT loves Baines. You'll want to sell Nolan soon whereas Baines would stay.
Open Controls-
Yeah, that's the big issue with Nolan - decent double but tough games afterwards.
Best of these 2 fillers?
A) Adrian, Dann & Nolan
B) Gazzaniga, Baines & Ki
C) Gazzaniga, Distin & AJ
Manonne, xxx
Coleman, Terry, xxx, Williamson, Chester
Yaya, Silva, Gerrard*, xxx, Gnabry**
Suarez, Sturridge, Lukaku
* leaving enough in the bank for a switch to Hazard next weekOpen Controls-
Will you play 4 at the back? Chester and Williamson have decent fixtures.
There could be an argument for doing B, and benching Ki to play 4 at the back.Open Controls -
C out of those.
Open Controls -
what about adrian, baines, nolan/AJ, sterling and ki (replacing gerrard and gnabry)?
Open Controls-
That works, although it makes getting Hazard tricky (Gerrard -> Hazard was always the plan).
Open Controls-
hmmm. how much cash does that leave you?
also would appreciate if you'd respond again further up the page. thanks for your initial reply!Open Controls-
Only 1.3m - would leave Yaya -> Hazard as the only way of getting Hazard really.
Re your Evra -> Baines and the WC. I think it possibly adds further argument to doing it this week for a hit. then WC in GW35 removing the EVE boys and loading up on GW37 doublers plus ARS.Open Controls-
oh... that's unfortunate. could take a gamble and go without haz? risky but if it works, it'd pay off very well.
I think C is probably the best option then.
hmmm, could work. you think gw 35 is the best week to WC over gw 34 or 37? if aguero returns for gw 34 I might be tempted to WC for that... especially since yaya is my only city right nowOpen Controls

I'd say Baines personally. See rationale above.
Nolan is very hot & cold. Baines' returns seem more certain.Open Controls

Does anyone know why Collins didn't play against Stoke?
Will he start the DGW fixtures?Open Controls-
Dropped & anyones guess.
Open Controls

Given the likelihood that RVP will now be crocked for weeks, who are the best replacements?
Sturridge? Rooney? Aguero? Another?Open Controls-
Sturridge or at a push Rooney, I see Aguero being the same injury nightmare.
Open Controls
-
-
So most would have a bit similar teams eh...
A bit different defenders for some and same front seven at most.
Could be a no boost up for rankings for this GW then.Open Controls -
Evening/Morning gents!
Any further news on Aguero? If he's out of Fulham game, how does this look for 8 pointer?
Gabbidon, Lallana, Aguero -> Baines, Gerrard, CarrollOpen Controls -
The third striker is proving a headache, Dzeko, Caroll or Jelavic. Most going template SLS but would prefer someone a bit different
Open Controls -
Best option?
A) RVP -> Suarez
B) Dawson -> Zab
C) Boruc -> MannoneOpen Controls-
A
Open Controls

Team
Yo Adrian!
Baines, Coleman, Kosh, Bardsley
Yaya, Mata, AJ
Suarez, Sturridge, Lukaku
Questions
1. Playing Bardsley and benching Haz, madness?
2. Rvp injury good for Mata? Or Mata -> Gerrard (-4)
Thanks!Open Controls -
Who will score for the DGW : bardsley or chester?
