I know, I'll happily take a Kolarov 1 pointer if Silva doesn't play as it would be worth 16 points to me.

Hopefully. Pelle saying "same situation" isn't clear, I don't know if he means same squad or that Silva's ankle situation remains the same i.e. that he can play once a week.

Was a choice between him and Mirallas. I thought Mirallas would start (correct) and Utd would score (wrong). That leaves attacking returns and Mirallas had 8 goals and 7 assists compared to Baines 4 and 4 before today.

Other option was to bench Azpi who of course has a lower points ceiling but Chelsea had only conceded once at home in 2014.

In all seriousness, if it's a choice between Baines and Azpi, Baines wins everytime for me.

Maybe, was thinking Azpi would get 6 points and Baines 1-2. I should have thought more about Utd's struggles against better teams and that Everton Arsenal game the other week.

    Cahill, Baines, Coleman, Flanagan, Ward

how would you fund Lukaku to Rooney

    a) Coleman to 5.5 (probably Kos)
    b) Cahill to 5.0
    c) Baines to Demichelis

a looks the best but obviously no DGW, but possibly more reliable than Demichelis

It's taken a long time, but tonight I opened up a 30 point lead in my ML, it's by no means a winnable league but I've been up against someone who just tries to make his team as similar as possible to whoever is behind him so they can't gain.

Now let's see if the bar steward can chase. I'd back Nasri and Kun to outscore Zaba and Dzeko

He is a sassy one indeed. Has really come along well. I think the abundant playing time has helped. Seems a lot of the other younger players in the UK get shut down too often. You always hear managers saying stuff like, "well, he's young, so we have to be careful how we bring him along, etc., etc." Hogwash. If a guy is good, play him. Don't tinker around with his head and sit him, play him, sit him, sit him, sit him, play him.....and so on.

repost.....could do with some advice....am I just knee jerking or worth a hit?

Noone > Ramsey is unaffordable and gives bench headache.
Gerrard > Ramsey seems sensible given pool are pretty clear at top now and Gerrard has eye on WC
Silva has DGW and think knee jerk out cos rested is too dangerous

The problem there will be that next season will be the actual transitional season, and it could still be difficult to secure a Champions League berth, I still maintain that Moyes has to go before United get back to where they want to be.

We've dealt well with Sturridge and Gerrard's injuries, still a major help to us though. In all fairness though we weren't actually that consistent during the first half of the season, when most teams where still competing in Europe.

    Currently set up like this...

    Boruc
    Ivanovic Baines Coleman
    Gerrard Eriksen Silva Lallana
    Lukaku Suarez Aguero
    Subs: Speroni Mutch Mariappa Chester

Don't need to take risks so was thinking of Boruc to Mannone and Lallana to Nasri/YYT for -4 in preparation for DGW. Boring, isn't it?
