We delve into the data once again this evening and assess some of the standout statistics over the weekend gone by. Arsenal’s fit-again midfielder, Chelsea’s Brazilian schemer, Sunderland, Swansea and West Ham’s frontmen, Palace’s defence and Everton’s raiding right-back are amongst our main topics this time around:
-
Who scores more points this weekend?
(A) Mata (h) Norwich
(B) Gerrard (h) ChelseaOpen Controls -
Thank you ahead of time for the answer, since I only have time right now to ask this question and will have to look back later for the answer.
Who has been more accurate lately with price drops, Total FPL or FISO? One has Silva close to a drop tonight while the other still has him more than 15% away.Open Controls -
A.) Marcus Alonso and Yaya
Or
B) Kosc and Mata
???Open Controls-
b+yaya? 😉

@ Mannion
Whoops. 🙂
I should really refresh more.
No shower jokes please.Open Controls -
silva to mata today?seems silva may drop. no money left for next week plans if he drops.
Open Controls -
Had a feeling suarez had been more deadly away so had a gander at the stats.
In 2014 suarez has scored 11 goals and assisted 8 (proper assists)
In that time he's played 9 games at anfield vs hull, oldham, villa, Everton, arsenal, Swansea, Sunderland, Tottenham, man city and scored only 3 goals in these games along with 4 assists.getsOpen Controls-
You would never bet against him scoring or assisting every match but this sites reinforce my thinking that 5 or 6 points pre bonus is most likely this week.
Open Controls -
This is his last chance to score his first goal of the season against a top 4 club.
Open Controls-
Yeah he's not really the clinical type that thrives off the half chances you get in the big games. Not to say he doesn't perform in the big games, he always does
Open Controls
-
-
think it's sort of expected. first half of the season overall liverpool had the easy home games and tough away games, then 2nd half of season it flipped. so more away goals second half of season but not as many extremes like hattricks
Open Controls-
That makes sense. His complete blanks came against oldham, villa and Sunderland though. Scored or assisted vs Everton, arsenal, Tottenham and city

Reeeeepost
I have Speroni but he would play v.s CITY 🙁
Choose the Best
A- Play Speroni
B- Speroni > Mannone for - 8 Already Silva & Adebayor > Rambooo & WazzzaOpen Controls -
Already on -4 to get Rambo and Roo
Worth another -4 to do Cech to Mannone?
My other keeper is Davis 😎Open Controls -
Ramsey Rooney Aguero the big three for captaincy this week it seems. Who are you going for and why? Personally I think many are overestimating Crystal Palace while undermining Norwich a bit.
Open Controls-
-
Why you going with Rooney?
Open Controls-
It does it versus the wee teams.
And they've finally got rid of Moyes.
I'd expect a reaction at Old Trafford.Open Controls-
All very good points. What do you make of Norwich? This is probably their best chance to gain much needed points.
Open Controls-
I think Norwich are terrible to be honest.
And deserving of relegation. Hopefully Rooney/Mata are amongst the points.Open Controls

I'm going rambo. He's fresh, sharp and confident and Newcastle are probably the worst team in the league on current form. I'm already all in with three mancs vs Norwich and I really can't call that games scorers and result confidently.
If I had aguero he would probably be my first choiceOpen Controls-
I have all three and I'm well torn. Good thinking if you've already got three united. Aguero seems the logical choice really but Ramsey and Rooney could well explode.
Open Controls
-
-
honestly no idea.
probably an 11:28 gut call with limited logicOpen Controls-
Haha fair enough. I'll probably do plenty of back and forth myself
Open Controls

Mata or Rooney. On Mata currently.
Open Controls -
Ramsey
He was mercurial at Hull.Open Controls-
That good eh? I didnt see the game.

Why are you picking Rooney?

Was 8 points down in my cash mini-league in GW30.
Am now 60 points ahead in the space of 5 weeks.
I'm not trying to show off (well...maybe sharing a small outbreak of morale) - just making the point that with 3 weeks to go including a DGW - if you are chasing in your ML - you can still close down a big gap.
Keep at it lads 🙂
(And by extension - I'm still going to have to fight to keep my nose in front….no chickens counted yet 😉 )Open Controls-
Agreed. I was in a similar boat a while back. It's well possible with a bit of luck and the right moves.

Doh!
Nasri was very active last night. I'd go for him with AJ's minutes being eroded.Open Controls-

Open Controls-
RF to the Badger !
Are you ditching Dzeko ?Open Controls-
No gone Lukaku to Rooney so could bench Dzeko
Open Controls-
Probably a good idea.
Backlash at the Theatre of Nightmares……
Dzeko with a DGW coming and was still given plenty of pitch time with Aguero.
I upped Dzeko to Aguero last week and am now watching his every limp with a fluttering heart 😉Open Controls

CHAMP, Gerrard to Mata for a hit (will be a hit next week anyway) as rivals have him, good move or not?
Open Controls -
big fan of demichelis but top of the watchlist makes me contradictorily nervous. he's come so far has el ponytail
Open Controls-
Sure has. He's gone from laughing stock to respect, Lucas style.

Can't do Dzeko -> Kun. Should I do
a) Dzeko -> Rooney;
b) Lukaku -> Rooney;
c) Lukaku -> Aguero?Open Controls -
who's keeping gerrard till the end of season, was doing gerrard>mata but now is silva>mata. gerrard>ramsey for a hit?(i'm not sure about this)
Open Controls-
Gerrard out for Yaya next week.
Open Controls -
Wanna see if Mata is a force this week and if YaYa returns
Prolly gone next GW
Nasri/Gerrard/Eriksen/Ramsey/PozOpen Controls-
not tempted by gerrard>mata this week?

Current team:
Adrian, Davis
Baines, Cahill, Chambers, Chester, Burner
Ramsey, Eriksen, Gerrard, Miralllas, Colback
Suarez, Aguero, Rooney
0FT; 4.0ITB
This week: Mirallas-->Mata (-4)
Next week: Adrian-->DDG, Burner-->Demi, Gerrard-->Nasri (-8), 0.0ITB w/ today's prices
Would you do anything differently? I'd be forced to bench Baines GW37.Open Controls -
Who to Play ?
A- Schürrle v.s LIV (A)
B- Chester v.s FUL (A)Open Controls -
Is Distin->Smalling wise move?
Open Controls -
What do you guys think Chelsea will do this weekend against Liverpool? Will they park the bus like they didn't against Athletico and PSG?
With Ivanovic, Terry and Cech out, their chances don't look too goodOpen Controls-
Wassup with ivan?
Open Controls -
Why is Ivan out?
Open Controls -
ivan was suspended today
Open Controls-
Sorry my mistake. Even so, with those 2 out it doesn't look strong. And what do you all think their tactics will be this weekend
Open Controls
-
-
They'll play their usual style for sure. I wouldn't call it parking the bus. They'll look to hold their shape and slow the pace then exploit our shape on the counter.
All well and good until your 4 down in the first half. THIS IS ANFIELD!!!!Open Controls-
Keep dreaming.....
Open Controls
-
-
Defensive for sure. Liverpool are leaky. One goal against them will be all they are looking for.
Open Controls
-
-
Will RVP be ready for the DGW? Is getting Rooney good move nevertheless?
Open Controls-
Just get Rooney.....
Open Controls -
would like to know this. i will double up wit rooney if fit
Open Controls-
I am going towards Rooney-Suarez-Aguero. RVP back is the worst case scenario for people with Rooney.
Open Controls
-
-
Dunno but they'll wrap him up in cotton wool regardless. All eyes on his last world cup now
Open Controls

hey all, would really appreciate some help with my team.
mannone / marshall
davies / distin / azpilicueta / ward / chester
ramsey / eriksen / silva / barkley / hazard
lukaku / suarez / aguero
1FT, 0 in the bank.
Both Hazard and Silva in doubt, I’m thinking one of them needs to go,
Would love to bring in Mata but that doesn’t quite leave me enough for
Lukaku>Rooney.
Not sure if it's worth taking a -8 to do the following:
Lukaku > Rooney
Hazard > Mata
Silva > AJOpen Controls-
Maybe hold the Rooney move. Luka can still come good and you have more important issues to deal with.
Maybe Silva and Distin out?Open Controls -
I've got all 3 players you propose to transfer in so gotta hope it is well worth -8
Open Controls -
You still have Hazard?! Get rid and get Mata.
Open Controls
-
-
Need a defender to play most games till the end of the season only have 4.3!
Naughton or Baker/Clarke I'm thinking - anyone?Open Controls -
anyone looking to get in januzaj?
Open Controls -
Hmmm, play Ward or Chester for coming gw?
Open Controls-
Chester for me. Serious ward and palace love here but you've gotta expect city to score
Open Controls

Viability of Man United players with Moyes gone, strong or weak? Arguments for both sides.

Feel it could be game set and match in my mini league this week. .:( 19 points off

Gerrard. Lalla is not interested in football anymore from what I saw last week.

Gerrard.
Open Controls -
Gerrard. Lallana seems to have droped in form since JayRod's injury and Southampton are playing for fun atm. Gerrard plays deep but can always give you pts from set-pieces.
