I held on in the hopes he would get points, and thankfully he did. I'm not saying he rocked it, I'm just saying I'd like to hang on for him to get back to 9.0 so I haven't lost money. I think he 9 may be better spent. His fixtures are good, but still uncertain.

I had week three as the start of their easy run and planned on bulking up on them.

Considering that Mata has worst fixtures and less chances of scoring, i don't think that only the fools will bring him in after that game.

My conclusions so far
Krul is going to get at least points this season and at 4.5 mil will be the best value keeper.
Ivanovic is going to get at least 200 points and will bomb forward on runs and corners and be a nailed on option either at right back or central defense when Terry needs a rest.
Fabregas could get 20 assists this season with the attacking options around him.
Siggy is the Ramsey of last season and the Stephen Ireland of years before. A 6 million price tag will be over 8 million by the end of the season and everyone will have him.
The only striker who can unleash all hell and fury on an opponent is Aguero. Costa and Sturridge are solid, unspectacular stickers who will get you a goal a game and not much else, certainly not very many multi goal games.-

The thing about Aguero's game is that he has assists as well as goals, not many strikers can offer that, with the exception of maybe Rooney.

A) Lamela - LIV sun WBA ars SOU - Played well albeit against QPR, tough fixtures, price rise coming
B) Eriksen - LIV sun WBA ars SOU - Unlucky not to score points today, price should stay the same
C) Tadic - wh NEW swa QPR spu - Potential price rise, played well but no points yet. Great fixtures.
I'm keen on Lamela but think it might be easier to go Lamela>Tadic later if I need to change, but harder the other way around given Lamela's price rise. What are your thoughts? -
Why so much Mata talk today?

Whatever the points suggest, Mata played really poorly today. Eriksen was much more deserving of points than Mata for instance.
I did Mata>Fab last week and don't really mind Mata scoring today. He'll get benched once they sign Di Maria anyways, while Fabregas is pretty much nailed on every week in a much better side. He will get plenty more assists like the one he got for Hazard's goal, while its unlikely that Mata will. -
Indeed. He is par for the course. Only Ramsey, sig and fabregas have really overachieved (and maybe some more I've forgotten!)

Seems fairly elementary, doesn't it? That being said, he has looked a bit average compared to some of the other premium mids, I'm not sure he'll keep up over the length of the season unless United have a sharp change in quality.

Under Pochettino Spurs look a lot better. Adebayor, Eriksen and Lamela would be good transfers. I would include Dier but he's not nailed on for the rest of the year.

They were really fortunate to beat West Ham, and were playing one of the (if not the) worst team in the league today. Fair play for getting 6 points but their true test will come with tough games coming up now.
