Someone talk me out of Naismith to Pelle?
-
Certainly not this coming GW! ... GW after maybe.
-
Yeah...
-
-
Next week's fixtures being a prime reason...
-
I would do it..and I will be doing Dzeko->Pelle this week most probably
-
But Dzeko plays Chelsea and Naismith plays Palace...
-
Well, do it only if you don't have any other more pressing issue otherwise wait a week
-
-
-
He won't score every week. Has good fixtures and will allow you a couple weeks to see how the new signings do and If the money would be better elsewhere.
-
Go the Chances in Box in da members' area.
-
I've made the change! I think Pelle will rise!
Also, Europa league is around the corner and Lukaku has found the net..-
Ooh another crazy person!
-
-
would sleep on it, and if you still fancy it on monday then why not
-
-
Captained Sterling instead of Costa hahaha, I'm such a mug. Anyone else as silly as me?
-
I reversed that this morning
-
And me. Too many substantial rumours for me to take a chance on Sterling !!!
-
-
Me. Actually I don't think it was silly, just unlucky
-
I heard of Sterling being benched tomorrow, so removed him as a possible... was between Rooney and Costa and just stuck with Costa.
-
*yesterday
-
-
many many..including I
-
Yep
-
if the costa elbow was spotted sterling would have beaten him by 3 points. don't beat yourself up
-
-
Shite gameweek 31 points with Rooney, Di maria(captain) Bruce(substitute for vlaar) and one other.
FFS sterling, siggurdson and my other stars failed to perform. My rival was two points ahead of me b4 today. He captained costa and all I know is I'm screwed -
Yeah....so was torn between transferring in Naismith or Pelle this morning, chose Naismith. Not sure it's a worse feeling than leaving points on the bench but it's a close call.
I know Yoshida was likely to be dropped but i still feel unlucky having him and not getting the cleanie.
Captained Sterling over Costa. A few people saying it was obvious that Sterling would be rested with CL midweek...but Costa also has that distraction and was an injury doubt. The man is a machine though.
And I blame Steve Claridge on 5live partly for my cr4p week after he twice said Ramsey had assisted the Sanchez goal...when in fact it was Wilshere.
Just thought i'd add to the plethora of rants here at the moment...-
Yoshida was 90% certain to be dropped. You weren't unlucky.
-
Yep, Yoshida wasn't nailed for long...!
-
-
-
Colo and Debuchy --> Clyne and Naylor?
-
Facao or adm due to rise tonight anyone?
-
no
-
-
2FTs...0.3m in the bank. Should I wildcard?
Krul - Foster
Cahill - Coloccini - Naylor - van Aanholt - Wisdom
Fabregas - Ramsey - Sterling - Siggy - Marney
Rooney - Costa - Dzeko-
Am I the only one who waits till double game weeks to use wildcards
-
No
-
So that's when it could be good to use those wild cards? I have previously used my first WC way too early and I'm trying to save it now...
-
Am gonna try to this year! You need to be needing 3 or more transfers for W/C's. Team is easily resolved with a hit or two...!
-
-
No
-
H3LL no!!!
-
Take a point hit and have the luxury of 3 transfers.
-
I agree with you. IMO Liastro you don't need to use WC, save it and you'll be happy later on.
-
-
-
Use your 2 fts on Dzeko - downgrade, Marney - Upgrade. Good team that.
-
I struggle to see more than two changes that I would make to that team anyway.
-
No
-
-
Boy, some of the lineups today were real curveballs. Would've made some very different decisions coming out of my WC had I any idea. But won't be the norm. Better not be for City and Liverpool fans' sake anyway.
-
Next week Eriksen (c). Poch will be adamant to score more and avoid what happened today.
-
Am thinking of bringing him in. Is he playing on the wing??
-
-
Am I the only one who waits for double gw to then use wildcard
-
We get plenty of preparation weeks for DGWs. It's not as effective as getting your team sorted early on. You can't to get to the optimal set up as soon as possible, variation between teams will soon go.
-
+1
-
I think I meant want* instead of 'can't'. *shrugs*
-
Still a good point 🙂
-
-
-
-
Pelle was excellent against poor Newcastle. Is it too knee jerky to do Balotelli -> Pelle?
-
Ah, finally they give me the 3 JWP points for the assist! This just made my evening
-
At least I have Costa. Small consolation in otherwise a bad gw.
-
so.... dat bench.. http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/2849924/event-history/4/
-
Omg. I feel so bad for you. That is so sad
-
That's just stupid
-
But bains in coming on for Allen
-
just to clarify, this is not me.
-
I´m sorry to say it, but you kind of deserve it when you put Costa last on your bench. At least you´ll get Baines on for Allen..
-
yes, whoever it is does deserve it. doesn't look like a regular player however, with that rank
-
-
oh wow, i am sorry, my friend
-
-
KRUL Elliott
TERRY DEBUCHY Caulker Clyne Chester
ERIKSEN Sterling Ramsey Siggy ALBRIGHTON
Costa Welbeck ROONEY
1 million in the bank
1 FT
A) Wildcard.. Will swap out the highlighted players.
B) Take a -4.. probably Debuchy to Duff and Terry to Baines(to feel better about covering a hit cause Baines should pay me back) and get Fabregas in for Eriksen the next GW-
Think your defence looks fine for next week Valar, would be tempted to save
-
B
I personally prefer Moore over Duff. More security of starts for him -
Cheers team mates 🙂 .. just need to calm down a bit. Terry and Debuchy are irritating me no end 🙂 .. No Fabregas hurts too but i guess i can just get him in for Eriksen for GW 6.. Prob just swap Debuchy out for Duff/Moore IF he is indeed out. ok.. calming down 🙂 .. sorry bout my perfomance this week guys. had a shocker 😯
-
-
Well I think after BAPS and an auto sub I'll be 65 points all out.
Not good enough-
definitely not. big red arrow for you
-
Get a grip.
-
-
Mathieu Debuchy on Facebook: "I have to pass a medical exam on Monday. No fracture. Hope to be back asap!"
-
Really? 😯 .. Wenger made it look like a long while out
-
just checked.. hmmm. i may have to cancel my WC plans 🙂
-
-
Hope he swotted up on sprains 😆
-
-
Who is third Che player of choice:
Ivanovic or Hazard? I am torn between both of them -
Surely Duff can be considered nailed on now after his performances for Burnley uptil now? Bargain
-
would be lovely to have one nailed 4.0 defender
-
-
What to to with Adebayor? Got one FT ans was thinking about doing Adebayor to Pelle.
-
west brom at home next. hold that horse
-
Two is probably enough at their prices
-
I'm holding - might even captain Ade next week. Strongly considering Dzeko -> Pelle though, if for TV reasons only
-
-
Damn, they removed Pelle's assist!
-
really feel there is more to come from adebayor, his finishing touch hasn't even come yet and he's quietly ticking over. seems all about holding off soldado and kane. also i believe he's basically on pens as if he's playing soldado isn't
-
Agreed - but he keeps going off with 20 mins to spare.
-
think today was due to playing in africa on wednesday. yaya (suspiciously) didn't even feature at all for example
-
-
hold for one week more - WBA at home coming up
-
-
is a poster called 'The Axolotl' a regular on here?
-
Yes
-
Sure is. good one too
-
he called me a tool 3 times last night because I was stating my opinion that Sterling was likely to be benched. must have been an off day for him
-
Sounds like it. We all have them 🙂
-
-
-
Yes.
A regular irregular - if you know what I mean. -
Yes
-
yep
-
Yes, too many legs for a fish though, puts me right off.
-
-
Schniederlin has 3 in 2 now, does he look advanced or is it just a coincidence.
-
Think Koeman is changing the way he plays but I'd have to look at the stats more closely.
-
-
Ivan owners
Do you worry that Mourinho will decide that he doesn't need his attacking threat and being pissed off with goals conceded will start with Azpil, Cahill, Terry, Luis?-
Not an owner but i suspect this will happen, at which point luis will be in my team
-
hes still droppin in price too
-
-
Bloody hope not.... Mind you I could use the cash that selling him would give lol
-
He never drops Ivan though does he?
-
then an easy switch to baines
-
Everton got Liverpool and ManU away in GW6&7
-
-
Why be concerned about conceding the odd goal when you win by a 3-4 goal deficit.
-
He clearly is
-
-
Could be that Ivan´s attaching runs is meant for weaker opponents, and that he´ll close the shop in the tougher games, but who knows how Mou thinks?
-
-
Wenger on Debuchy - "I don't know, but it doesn't look good. People told me they need a bit more time to assess how long he will be out but it's a bad ankle sprain."
.
Arsenal fixtures aren't the best. Is it worth getting Jenkinson if you're on a WC?-
Not chambers?
-
Yes. 😳
-
-
sure you mean chambers and i think yes he is worth it. can bench in half those games easily for that price
-
Jenkinson no, Chambers yes
-
I reckon it will be Chambers benefiting and starting on the right side of D
-
west ham's fixtures aren't great either
-
Chambers* 😳
-
Only if you think West Ham will start him
-
Chambers you mean? 😉
-
I thought Jenkinson was on loan somewhere?
-
-
sounds like naismith missed a chance today which was actually easier than the 3 he scored. fine lines, luck, timing, etc
-
I was waching it, all he had to do was tap it in after Foster parried it in to him, but he blasted it over, wasn't sure what he was trying to do
-
Over the bar from 6 yards out
-
I had him on the bench for 2 of those 3 goals and when i needed him he missed..grr 😡
-
-
Bertrand or Alderweireld for the long haul? Thinking GW 6 for Southampton defensive coverage
-
Bert. 🙂
-
His attacking history worries me though. Apparently his assist today was the first since 2010 😮
Is he likely to continue returning attacking points??
-
-
-
Wilshere interests me as a FF prospect. He has something to prove.
-
Why was Pelle assist removed?
-
think they may have given it to JWP instead
-
indeed
-
-
because it wasn't a assist
-
