My reasoning was that both Newcastle and Stoke have been terrible going forward which increases the CS potential for hull and qpr and burnley being solid this season. I can easily see Ivanovic blanking at the etihad but maybe its just me

People saying "it was only QPR" etc. need to cast their minds back to about 6 months ago when United took on an arguably worse Fulham side at home and the difference between that performance and today.
i'm one of those people. if i was a utd fan i'd certainly be encouraged by today. but you can't just stick your head in the sand and ignore the fact that qpr were incredibly awful. any other team with any sort of cohesive attacking strategy would have posed difficulties. defensive questions remain unanswered - well, they made 2 massive mistakes that could on another day given away goals.

As a United fan, I saw nothing from Welbeck yesterday to suggest he's become a good FPL prospect. Decent play at times but no end product, not what you want in FPL terms.

3. Is Blackett worth a 4.5m flutter for a few weeks
