and you could just sell milner if he did bad or keep or even play him if he does good

I'd keep Chadli in this situation, due to Ramsey's injury & price changing (Chadli's going up, Ramsey down), but I doubt Chadli would outscore Ramsey at the end of the season.
I might consider keeping Ramsey, were he not so highly owned. I can see his price plummeting unfortunately. Chadli's a different matter - depends how long he's out I suppose.

Hull have conceded 11 goals since he got sent off in GW 2 and they where up a goal in that game.
