It looks like I'm going to need to get rid of Costa and in order to do that I need to raise some funds, was thinking of dowgrading Cahill, who's the best defender for 5.2m?
Alternatively, I could try and get in Sanchez by swapping either ADM (straight swap) or Sterling out. But I'm wary of this and am kind of waiting for Walcott to come back and then hop on him.

I would honestly sit on that lot and accrue the 2FTs. You've got a great XI to start this weekend and i wouldn't be selling Cahill the week they play QPR.
You can then tidy up that defense next week without taking a hit. And as much as Sanchez is on fire there's still some uncertainty about the return of Walcott. And he's expensive!I'm very happy with my team if Costa was fit so I think I might wait for more news later in the week. Thanks for your response!

I can see a return to form and the scoresheet for Sterling this week. Liverpool-Newcastle games usually have some goals and both backlines are leaky. It could be a 5+ goal game and I can see Sterling getting the points!
