The Scoreboard presents the Fantasy Premier League information you need from the day’s matches all on one screen, including the current top five BPS (Bonus Point System) standings from each match (potential Bonus Point earners are in bold). Actual Bonus Points will be shown when added – all points are provisional until then.

Gameweek 11

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

are you on WC? then Heaton-Gilks for 8.5 maybe (or Guzan-Given or Foster-Myhil)... some bloke with the same name as me wrote a community article about it

Walcott and Sanchez is a bit heavy-handed, but could be okay if you have another attacking diversity... and could be genius

Thanks that helped a lot actually, ive had forster since the beginning of the season with green so have had his price increase, but defo time to ditch now im on WC and thinking foster myhill might be the best for me as both are fit atm, and i cant have burnley players in my team just cuz thats the one win this season they are getting today lol

Yh activated it yest after going without Aguero for this long and dropping every week :@
All them pairs i dont like as i prefer missing the harder fixtures out, was thinking foster krul but not 100% sure
I only have Sanchez atm and have had him for 3 weeks, but thinking Walcott should be a gamechanger if he gets in early enough

    Baines Coleman Terry Chambers (STaylor)

    Aguero Costa Sakho

two transfers away........ and yet just know it isn't going to happen so i best post it now

I have never captained my highest scoring this year. This week I have Aguero (C). Either:

    1) Baines, Wisdom, Sigurdsson, Sanchez or Welbeck will outscore him

    or

    2) I finally picked the right captain!

      Undecided atm Champ.

Swansea at home is one of those games where I feel like City might slip up. Costa will be well rested since he's not in the Spain squad too.

In saying that, I'm currently leaning towards Aguero 😛 His form is hard to ignore.

I keep going around in circles... Austin, Kane, Sakho, 352, 343, 384, 442, Berahino, Saylor... Help!

2FT, 0.2itb, what would you do with 1FT this week - effectively, what direction would you move the team in for a mini-overhaul? Stick with 343 and get Sanchez/ADM, or go towards 352 with Costa-Aguero? Decisions, decisions,....

    Krul Begovic
    Clyne Baines Chambers Naylor Wisdom
    Sterling Fabregas Oscar Tadic Downing
    Pelle Aguero Welbeck

    Thanks for any advice! 😀

      Pelle -> Costa

343 at this point for me tbh Rick
Honestly? I'd downgrade a mid, any mid to boyd.
You can't play it safer than that tbh

      1. rickardinho
        • 11 Years
        11 years, 4 months ago

I think there's more value in midfield than up front tbh. Downing has outscored all but 3 forwards so far for example. I see no reason to drop any of my mids, unless its tadic after villa.

        For example:

        ADM Siggy Sterling Downing Oscar
        Aguero Costa Kane

You can also have Hazard instead of Oscar by downgrading Clyne>3.9 which i might do. The "template" choice is moving towards 352 imo

    4. Cookie Thumper
      • 11 Years
      11 years, 4 months ago

No need to panic. Patience and small changes are best. The weeks must have best team changes Very quickly. You have 5 good mids, so you could reduce that to 4 and stick to 4-3-3. I have gone without Costa for now.

      De Gea
      Azpilicueta Clyne Baines
      Oscar Di María Sánchez Downing
      Agüero Sakho Pellè

      1. rickardinho
        • 11 Years
        11 years, 4 months ago

        Nice, thanks. Good team.

My "issue" is that I'm at a cross-roads where I need to decide big steps in the next 2GW's, and I can't just dabble with my next FT as it will set the wheels in motion for my other transfers.

I think its very smart to go towards 352 with Costa-Aguero up top. 10.9 is candy with Costa's fixtures and there aren't any other forwards i like alot once Pelle's fixtures dry up

      i like B better because
      a) totally contrarian
      b) can easily wait until end of int'l break to do it with Tadic price rising and Sterling falling
      c) only dangling condition is you really need Sturridge fit to make it a good transfer, then it's genius

Chelsea have scored in every game, including at least 2 in 9/11, and their next 7 fixtures are:
WBA sun TOT new HUL sto WHM

Surely its not that crazy to have a 352 with those 3 in a formation like this?:

    Sterling Downing Walcott ...Oscar Fabregas
    Aguero .... Costa

everyone should want John Terry... for the run of clean sheets and set piece goals he is about to have

the problem is that the set piece goals are so diluted that its hard to pick someone... cahill, ivan, matic, terry... and for CS's you can get them much cheaper with WBA, New, or even burnley with their fixtures. Chelsea keep conceding so its a waste of money to keep those players imo

Chelsea will finish with 16+ clean sheets, every time they concede now means there is a higher percentage chance for the rest of their games in which they'll have a clean sheet.

That may be the worst argument to bring in a team's defenders that I've ever read

i think your reasoning has failed you there. Would be the case if 16+ cs was a fact but it's not it's a prediction. Past games will have no influence on future cs.
I'm eyeing up tezza to replace bertrand

Is Oscar an adequate replacement for Fabregas/Hazard?

      Hazard yes
      Fabregas no

(and I own Hazard for a few more minutes while I haven't owned Fabregas this season, sadly)

Fab brings steady points every week. Hazard and oscar get more 2s but can score highly on any given game week. Probably they won't be so so far away from each other at the end of season. Unless fab can start scoring as well as assisting.

he's performing well imo. i've owned him 2gw's and am looking forward to his good hauls in the next 7 games now.

i think he Probably is. You get better value but increased risk. He has stepped up his consistency this season which is all he was missing. Will it last? I think it will

If you think he's reasonably nailed on then yes but he's too expensive to be a rotation risk imo

I need a GK till Jan WC. What are your best options?

Choosing between Foster, Krul, Panti, Adrian, Fabianski. I'd rather take a cheap one.

Fabianski for me tbh, most trustworthy backline out of all those keeperd IMO & great fixtures to boot

Since i dont have Taylor that would be best I suppose. Not keen on 5.1 price tag though.

Would give me something like this...

      Foster Heaton

      Baines Bertrand Naylor Dummett Yun

      Sanchez AdM Fabregas Siggy Boyd

      Aguero Rooney Berahino/Sakho

Whoever gets the most points wins. Its not who can spend their budget. I know austin will score more than him over the period, and where can you spend that money? Hmm probably the backline, chelsea defence with these fixtures. A terry can boost you up, he is still winning headers in attacking positions

nice to see another terry advocate

two transfers away... and happy every time they concede and he doesn't score... one more gameweek and i'm there

Exactly. The defence seems like a differential this year. I'm a firm believer that numbers will even themselves out in the end (with a few exceptions), and terry 'will' get his 160+ points by the end of the season

Right. But it's not as if Rooney's a slouch. He's scored points playing in the hole before. My only temptation really is Cresswell. I'm not convinced by the Chelsea D at all. But then if Clyne or Berty are nose diving in price I might go Cresswell and then switch back.

yeah... i was just thinking about what people will if/when either Costa or Aguero is out for a stretch with an injury...

i think many may still avoid Sturridge because of price and performance to-date
        RVP, same issues
Falcao, maybe if he catches form (his price has actually dropped more than Sturridge !)
        Rooney is a good shout
Lukaku is not bringing home the points this year
So we're down at Bony/Pelle price ranger real fast which will balloon spending budgets for other parts of teams

too many steps of thinking... things that happen when you're procrastinating doing work
