Mirallas was very poor, but hard to read to much into that with it being his first game back after a long lay-off.
Barkley bright in spells but not an option imo.

What's the problem? We obviously had most if the game, and we list because of stupid defending. But to say LvG was brilluant with tactics is crazy consudering the chances we had, and the way in which Man U scored.

Wenger doesnt understand that possession and territory doesnt equate to dominance, and he obviously has no defensive understanding at all. I really think his mental faculties are failing him in old age.
Counter attacking is always the way against us, but you guys didnt do it very well. Once we failed to score, you defended well, albeit it is fairly easy when we are so predictable.

Tactically, Van Gaal was spot on. Only reason why Arsenal had a shiteload of chances was because of Utd's injury-ravaged back line.

I've got exactly the same issue. Downing's my 4th midfielder and I can't stretch beyond 5.8 for a replacement. Absolutely no one stands out. Got to hope he's back in the next couple of weeks.
