So I did Costa>Austin today as I'll hardly lose anything on Costa (0.1) if I decide to bring him back in but now I'm thinking of using the funds to do Chadli>Hazard and Bertrand>Azpi

I have Guzan and Hutton due to fixtures, another option could be Guzan and Bartley which saves some funds and Swansea still have fairly good fixtures.
How nailed is Bartley though?
At the moment he is playing well - 26 BPS today which just missed a bonus point and 21 on sat which was Swans highest defender - he looks a good player so I think will keep his place
Bartley is nailed on short-term, though. The thing is i already have Wisdom but have no GK at the moment. I can get Heaton who has worse fixtures or i can get Guzan for 0.1 more with a second transfer who has better fixtures and is delivering more points.
