We’ve four more fixtures to fret over this evening as the domestic action gets back underway. Arsenal will be looking to heap further misery on Southampton at the Emirates, with Alexis Sanchez owners hoping he can return to form, having blanked in each of the last two after a move back to the flank.

The Saints defence are still licking their wounds after last weekend’s home hammering at the hands of City and an exodus will surely pick up pace if they fail to halt Sanchez, Danny Welbeck and co. tonight. Graziano Pelle and Dusan Tadic will surely be on their last chance for many, with a home clash against United up next, whilst Sadio Mane’s shift to the bench tonight will persuade his owners to part company.

League leaders Chelsea are without Diego Costa tonight due to suspension, though Eden Hazard, Oscar and Cesc Fabregas all carry strong form into the home encounter with Spurs. For the visitors, Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane will be looking to maintain their recent showings ahead of a kind run of fixtures which could bring them onto our radars.

Everton look strong favourites for a home clash with Hull. Leighton Baines, Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku look to carry the threat to the struggling Tigers, while Nikica Jelavic will be hoping to get one over his former club at Goodison.

Sunderland’s four-match unbeaten run faces a tough test as City roll up to the Stadium of Light. Gus Poyet’s side have conceded just twice in the last four and have just kept Chelsea at bay, though Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure will be confident of breaching the Black Cats’ backline as the champions’ title tilt steps up pace.

    considering a -8.

Coleman, Clyne, Bony > Azpi, Zabaleta, Costa?
or Baines, Coleman, Bony > Azpi, Zaba, Costa?

    Guzan - Jakupovic
    Baines - Clyne - Moreno - Taylor - Duff
    Sanchez - Fab - Downing - Sig - King
    Aguero - Rooney - Austin

If Sanchez scores a couple of crackers, people don't say it's luck - that's him doing his job well. But when Forster makes a string of wonderful saves - that's apparently luck.

    Arsenal fans being logical there.

What to do with my team. Ayoze is a problem
    Adrian
    Baines, Chambers, Naylor, Dummet, Yun
    Hazard, Sanchez, Fabregas, Sigurdsson, Boyd
    Rooney, Ayoze, Aguero

    1ft .6 itb

    A) suspended Naylor to Hutton and ply 442 benching Ayoze. Following week Fab and Ayoze to Mirallas and Benteke -4?
    B) Fabregas and Ayoze to Benteke and 6.9 or other combination?
    C) Rooney and Ayoze to Benteke and Sakho (if Rooney is injured and Sakho fit)
    D) Baines and Ayoze to Benteke and 4.6 (Hutton)
    E) your transfer suggestions?

For all those smug agero captainers. Yes he was a great choice but based upon the available information, that Sunderland would be tight following an excellent result against Chelsea people (including myself) made perfectly good as choice not captaining him.

Hazard would have been a great pick any other week apart from this one. Plus least we forget he still scored!

Easy easy being smug in hindsight.

      Yeah agree completely.

I had Baines (1) instead of Chambers (8) and Siggy (3) instead of Boyd (9), of course thats a lot of missed points, but I never in a million years would have picked Chambers over Baines or Boyd over Siggy.

Man that was glorious. I've never been so happy to see Arse score. I had an 8 pt lead on my main rival in my ML before I took a -8 for this GW. He had played Forster, Clyne, Bertrand, Ivan and Baines on defense (but he had no Alexis) and I was bit nervous. He had taken a good lead and it was starting to look like a bad move on my part then, suddenly, I one sweet tap in, Alexis flipped the script. 3 cleanies gone. So satisfying.
