not really the done thing here but i'd like to admit to some very very (won't say outrageous) good fortune. like quite a few here, i've had boyd most of season, and play him as 8th attacker, so he is always on bench. the 2 times he's come on, he's scored, and they're his only 2 goals all season. so as much we like to congratulate ourselves on great intuition and good picks, a think dollop of luck is very much required in this merry-go-round game. 🙂

Man that Arsenal ending was glorious. I've never been so happy to see them score. I had an 8 pt lead on my main rival in my ML before I took a -8 for this GW. He played Forster, Clyne, Bertrand, Ivan and Baines on defense (but he had no Alexis) and I was bit nervous. He took a good lead on me and it was looking like my moves were gonna bite me in the keister then, suddenly, in one sweet tap in, Alexis flipped the script. 3 cleanies gone for him. So satisfying.
