people still hot on Costa are being blinded by GW3 and GW4 IMO..
he may be the striker on the #1 team in the league, but Chelsea don't rely on Costa for goals like City do on Kun..the distribution is spread evenly amongst all players, whoever is in space and the BAPs system favors people who get involved in the game, where Costa is more or less a statue when compared to players like Fabregas who are constantly part of the play
he's also got a big Shawcross sized problem coming his way...

Nobody is as good as Kun but Costa still scores a tonne of goals.

Personally I'd pay the extra 0.1 for Mangala if you can. Means there isn't an urgent transfer needed when Kompany gets back. Who knows what other priorities you might have
