These are difficult times for Granville. Sadly for him, his prediction that Diego Costa’s studs played into my hands along with Emre Can’s ankle proved correct – the Chelsea villain pushed me into a Gameweek 23 Wildcard and I cashed in.

It left Granville spitting feathers and 92-points behind but he remains defiant. Even with the millions draining from his squad via his active Wildcard, my resolute co-host is not giving up on keeping the season alive and the rivalry as bitter as ever.

We weigh up Granville’s latest options in his quest to close the gap: analysing the contest between Sturridge and Aguero for our place in our forward lines, check in on the fallout from the Sanchez injury, whilst wading through the usual regulars ahead of another Gameweek.

Pay your dues via this link or mark up the deficit via the handy player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Why are people saying the united game is in doubt?

Tram strike. But it shouldn't cause a postponement even if it happens. People have legs.

There's bleedin' a number of ways to get to Burnley from Manchester. It would be a very sorry excuse if this game is called off.

And buses, and trains and cars. There is absolutely no chance the game will be called off because of a tram strike, just a lot of inconenience for some people.

I was wondering how a tram strike would cause incontinence. But I figured it out now. 😉

The news is that any tram strike will effect the United game, not have it called off.

He's 70-odd on FPL Stats and players have been rising left, right and centre during WC time.

Actually there have been relatively few risers during the wildcard season.

I'm not going to argue about it. I'll take a Santi rise happily if it happens.

Ah. Yes. Mostly they have been 80% plus on FFF when rising so I'm kind of going on that.

Next week it should start to stabilise again thankfully.

    1. Cap choice?
    2. Boyd/Punch for start?

    Panti (Mannone)
Clichy - Wisdom - Kompany - Clyne (Hutton)
Punch - Santi - Hazard (VC) (A. Sanchez - Boyd)
    Kane - Aguero (C) - Giroud

So which strategy looks the best going forward?

    A) Sanchez and Bertrand to Silva and Bellerin for -4 with money in the bank to get Sanchez back for Leicester
    B) Just keep Sanchez and play Moses, only replace Bertrand with a defender up to 6,2.

    At the moment team is

    Panti
    PJones Terry Bertrand*
    Sanchez* ADM Coutinho Hazard
    Kun Giroud Kane

    subs: Myhill Moses Baird Hutton

I've kept Sanchez. You know he's going to keep on scoring. However handy to have Cazorla and Bellend with ARS fixtures.

Confused as to why you still have ADM in your side. Boot asap.

Not keen on ADM, Punch or Allrightonthenight. Would prefer to see a midpark of Cazorla, Silva, Sanchez, Hazard and Boyd,

Why not shift out ADM for Cazorla and keep Sanchez.

Dump Sanchez mate. You know you want to. 😉

Just about there on WC team:

    Krul (Foster)
    Terry PVA N.Taylor (Wollsheid Hutton)
Hazard Cazorla Di Maria Silva (Walters)
    Giroud Kane Aguero

Template but solid? 1.2m itb for Silva > Sanchez / Walcott for LEI game

    1. Is Naughton nailed? - would prefer to the more expensive Taylor
    2. Hutton > ??? Collochini perhaps

Any other thoughts? Thanks in advance
