After Raheem Sterling provided us with a winner last week, we go up against Paddy Power in confident mood this morning. A Leicester out-of-position defender with an eye for goal, Manchester City’s midfield magician and Swansea’s goal scoring hero from last week are all backed this time around.

We begin with the bottom side Leicester and the versatile Jeffrey Schlupp, who again looks set to start on the left of a four-man midfield as the Foxes entertain Crystal Palace. The Ghanaian has already found the net three times this season, and with the hosts having kept clean sheets in two of their last three home matches in all competitions, we’re happy to stick £3 on the 12/1 Paddy are offering on Schlupp to score and Leicester to keep a clean sheet.

After scoring his seventh Premier League goal of the season against Chelsea, a home encounter against Hull brings David Silva onto our radar. City managed to find the net four times when they visited the KC earlier this season, and with the Tigers failing to score in 11 of their last 15 league outings, the 3/1 Paddy are offering on Silva to score and City to keep a clean sheet looks worthy of another £3 investment.

Our final bet comes from the Liberty clash between Swansea and Sunderland. The Swans survived a stern examination by Southampton last week and took all three points thanks to a late strike from Jonjo Shelvey, who is benefitting from playing in “the hole” behind Bafetimbi Gomis as a result of Gylfi Sigurdsson’s suspension. With the hosts having kept five clean sheets at the Liberty this season, all against sides in the bottom half, the 8/1 Paddy are offering on Shelvey to score and Swansea to keep a clean sheet is our bet of the week, taking our final £4.

If you’re new to Paddy Power, you can take up any of these odds and get yourself a bonus. You can sign up on this site and get a free £20 when you register an account and bet a tenner.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Pretty much my team Innsie. Just deciding that myself though with Wolls.
Also do I ditch Sanchez for a 1 GW punt on Oscar or Theo?!

Makes sense to dump Clichy now as it is a trade you will prob want to do next GW anyway.

I hope you are factoring in the points wasted by keeping Sanchez. But probably you'll wait till he gets a big score and say it was the right decision.

Last week I had Cazorla for Sanchez on wildcard. This week I have shifted Cazorla for Silva. I am up 17 so far plus whatever Silva scores v Hull. I don't think the 'keepers' are going to catch up. 😉

only if u happen to make the correct move. if silva blanks this gw and u want sanchez back u are wasting 2ft to do it

I don't necessarily want Sanchez back. And if I do, 17 pts. plus whatever Silva scores today is worth 2xFTs I think.

As for making the right move, isn't that the challenge of the game?

I'm pretty sure that benching an injured 11.5m player week after week in order to preserve a couple of FTs and 0.1 or 0.2 in TV isn't the greatest judgement. If I can't do better than that I might as well give up.

Only Kane because of the mammoth value. A 9.0m striker available for around 6.0m.

Plus, at the moment (while Costa and Sanchez are both out), Aguero.

    I don't really want Cazorla.

    So:
    A) Ozil
    B) Walcott

    ?

Sterling or Oscar? Please, no BS about coverage or teammates.

Sterling, better form and doesn't have a blank in GW27.

    Sanchez down from 11.5 > 11.2 now, 30% ownership.
Costa down to 10.9 now, still 36% ownership.
Siggy down to 6.4 now with 25% ownership.
