Not sure. IMO it's because Ox/Welbeck do more defensively (and we have needed that lately). Coupled with the fact that Wenger is probably being very cautious with Theo after his recent injury trouble.
Doesn't offer much in build up, lack of form and fitness (year out), and lack of balance when we don't have Ramsey.
