    Panti
    Bellerin, Terry, PvA
    Hazard, Silva, Mane, Sanchez,
    Kun, Austin, Kane

    Krul | Boyd, Bertrand, Wollscheid

    1FT, 3.8 ITB

All good to save here lads? Don't see any pressing issues.

Also, start PvA (AVL and doubled up with Panti), Bertrand (che) or Wollscheid (wba)?

Good to save, only possible is Mane away at Chelsea, but I am also considering keeping him for excellent fixtures after. Just slightly concerned about SOT attacking form

        Thanks mate.

If he blanked this week I'd have probably got rid, although I like his fixtures afterwards so I think I'll hold. Hopefully southampton can pick up their attacking form, the teams they are playing soon can't afford to sit back which will suit Southampton imo.

He scored at home to Chelsea not long ago, I think he suits playing against older, slower defenders. We'll see.

        Which defender to start?

Could well be right. Wenger will want to play his attacking full backs for that game too.

Out of PvA, Wolly and Bertrand, who to start though?

No idea, Gus clearly don't rate him defensively but if there's one team you could hide that against it would be Villa

Definitely save, imo. Maybe Mane out(?)

Start Wolly. Villa can score, now, and West Brom only had about 1 shot against them, I think. Bertrand benches himself.

I think I'll hold Mane. Excellent upcoming fixtures and Southampton's upcoming opponents (BUR, eve, HUL, TOT especially) will have to run at them instead of sitting back as they'll need the points, which will play into their hands attacking wise imo.

You think? I'm split between the three.

Bertrand has most attacking threat, PvA second, Wolly third.

In terms of CS they are probably Wolly, PvA and Bertrand so it's tough.

WBA have been scoring a lot lately.

Just get the best team you can and the diffs will appear as not everyone will have the same team. Most points wins NOT most diffs.

I'd keep Eriksen, look at his upcoming fixtures. I think a lot will ship after the DGW too meaning he'll be more of a differential.

As a Liverpool fan (and obviously a Coutinho fan) I'm not sure he can keep his FPL form up.

He isn't going to score goals like that every single week. He'll probably just pick up the odd assist.

Hmm. It's tough, you have a fairly template team, which is a good thing so it's hard to get rid of anyone.

Maybe consider Eriksen -> Sterling if you are chasing (I wouldn't, but desperate times call for desperate measures 😉 ), or consider Cisse (but you don't want to get rid of Dawson).

I'd also monitor Arsenal's CS output and possibly consider switching to a Liverpool defender, e.g. Skrtel or Sakho

I'm not chasing in terms of OR. Just my ML.

Sterling definitely on my radar. As is Cout. Seems the obvious differential enabler.

Yeah, will do. Cheers. Sakho looks good, imo.

              Oh, fair enough.

Yeah. I think Sterling is the best option out of the two, considering they are at a similar price.

Sturridge also looks a decent option when LFC's fixtures turn in GW32.

              Thanks mate.

As well as the DGW climax this weekend we'll find out the blanks for GW33. I presume we are all anticipating a Liverpool victory, how about Villa/West Brom after last night, and United vs Arsenal? Who goes through?

United play Chelsea in 33, so if they win their semi final there will be another Chelsea blank in 33 too.

Is anyone else getting this glitch with FPL where you will have the tab open but are viewing another one (e.g. FFS), and then you'll go check FPL and it will have logged you out? Then, when you go back to log in it just refreshes the home page instead of logging in, and in order to actually get in I have to close and reopen my browser?

What are the chances of Ivan rising 0.2 before the next deadline? I am thinking of doing Rose to Ivan after this GW and have enough cash to cover just, a 0.1 rise.

Hmm, I like it but not sure it's worth a FT this week, could backfire with both having a good fixture (playing each other)

Since it's slow right now, I'll post a RMT

    Foster, Myhill
    Clyne, Bertrand, Wolls, Pva, Bellerin
    Hazard, Silva, Sterling, Eriksen, Boyd
    Aguero, Giroud, Kane

    1FT and £3.7 ITB

Best move going forward? Thinking about doing Clyne > Terry and Giroud > Costa after that. Or if Silva's form drops Ozil can come in for him

You have to have a pre season meeting, then pick. No player can be in two teams

        • 11 Years

like....out of a hat....? Or how do you decide order of drafts

        1. Billy Gilmore
          • 13 Years
          11 years, 2 months ago

I think the order is chosen randomly (could also be reverse order of the standings last year if it's a continuing comp I suppose)

    2. Billy Gilmore
      • 13 Years
      11 years, 2 months ago

Every player can only be owned by one person. You'll get picks in a specified order, then once everyone's got one player the next round starts with the picking order reversed. This continues until everyone has the specified number of players.

The rest of the players that aren't picked are available to pickup, should you wish to drop one of the players you chose.
