The Premier League fixture list for 2015/16 was published this morning at 9am, allowing Fantasy managers an opportunity to start tentatively planning for the season ahead. Behind the scenes, we’ll be working on our fixture tickers throughout the day and aim to get these to you as soon as possible to offer a means of analysis of the opening six Gameweeks and, if you’re a member, the entire season.

Champions Chelsea open their campaign with a home encounter against Swansea before heading to the Etihad in Gameweek 2. Jose Mourinho’s men also square up to Arsenal in the opening six rounds of fixtures, and face trips to West Brom and Everton, in addition to a Stamford Bridge showdown with London neighbours Palace.

Man United take on three of last season’s top six in the first six rounds of fixtures. Louis van Gaal’s side welcome Tottenham and Liverpool to Old Trafford over that period and also pay visit to Southampton, with clashes against Villa, Newcastle and Swansea also on their agenda.

Man City hit the road three times in the first five. Manuel Pellegrini’s men roll up to West Brom, Everton and Palace, and welcome Watford, in addition to the above-mentioned home encounter with Chelsea.

Arsenal entertain West Ham, Liverpool and Stoke at the Emirates in the first six Gameweeks. Arsene Wenger’s men have a couple of London away days – at Palace and Chelsea – as well as a trip to Newcastle over that period.

Liverpool are handed four strong home clashes in the opening seven, as Bournemouth, West Ham, Norwich and Villa make their way to Anfield. Brendan Rodgers’ men have some testing times on the road, though, with visits to Stoke, Arsenal and United pencilled in over that time frame.

Leicester will be confident of continuing the form that clinched their survival last time out. Nigel Pearson’s troops face Sunderland, West Ham, Bournemouth, Villa and Stoke in the first six, with a Gameweek 3 trip to Tottenham looking the most problematic of their early matches.

West Ham begin life under new manager Slaven Bilic with an opening day trip to the Emirates. The Hammers also pay visit to Liverpool and City in the first six rounds of fixtures, though have four kind home clashes in the first seven (LEI, BOU, NEW, NOR) to bolster their appeal.

Crystal Palace are handed a tough start to the new campaign. Granted, the Eagles have Norwich and Villa in their opening three but aside from that, they go up against Arsenal, Chelsea, City and Spurs in the first six Gameweeks.

Over the next few days, we plan to focus on the new schedule in detail. In addition to a couple of “Frisking the Fixtures†articles, we’ll be rolling out a series of articles looking at the best rotation pairs available at the back over the upcoming campaign.

When the hour is darkest. When you have suffered a plummeting in rankings for 3 weeks in the row and all you can see is difficult fixtures for the majority of your players. That is when it is time to call upon your wild card.

Fair enough. I've been talking up Cresswell's prospects around these parts lately, but for me even though he has lovely home fixtures I don't want to bench him every second week because of a poor away fixture

Had pencilled in a 10k finish to make up for a rather inglorious 2013-14 season.

Ended up 40k. The hunt for that 1k finish is still on. I am looking at you 2012-13 ðŸ™

Sunderland look good to go but I have zero trust in them.

      Stoke
      Arsenal
      United
      Everton
      Spurs
      Chelsea
      City

Which 3 Liverpool are you looking at there? I don't think I'd triple up on them if they were playing Bournemouth at home every week.

It's hard to rely on them to be quite as solid as they were last season, Alderweireld gone and Clyne may be too. If they come in at a similar price to Arsenal defenders, I don't think I'll be able to justify it.

Until Alderweireld finds a new club it's still possible. A little worried about loosing Clyne but if the replacement is o.k he should be priced lower and thus give us a way into the Southampton def for less.

Yeah that's true man. If Milner is nailed on I would definitely go for him rather than Coutinho

if he plays on the wing he will. i think Coutinho is constantly improving though. Who we get upfront will determine everything

Coutinho is better than Sterling anyway

Yes probably, think Milner/Hendo/Cout will be higher than anticipated anyway.

      I don't think I'll be investing.

    Hi Lads,

    Season Ticker is here!!! 🙂

    http://1drv.ms/1IOB6cy

    Contains the Following:

    The Overall Ticker
    Attacking Ticker
    Defensive Ticker
Combinations of 13 'cheap defender' teams all rotating with each other.
Combinations of 13 'mid-priced attacker' teams all rotating with each other.
Best of the above combinations being compiled right now 🙂

I've checked everything twice but please let me know if you spot anything wrong, or want anything added.

    Enjoy.

Please note that the file works perfectly in my Excel, but Excel online is a little whack.
If it gets laggy or anything, there is a 'Download as .xlsx' button or something and then you can view it locally.

I didn't do it in Google Sheets because it does not have all the functionalaity that I needed.

This is the Google Sheets version
The only thing that doesn't work on here (as far as I'm aware) is the 'Green highlighting' on the 'FULL rotations' sheets, but I'm sur you can figure them out yourself 🙂

I know people were putting defensive rotations for the whole season down, but I still love using them.

Great work. Any chance you could add the ability to change the team ratings? I'd like to change a few values, like add a higher rating to the Villa attack.

Unforunately its not that straightforward to edit for someone who hasn't seen the sheet before. I can custom make it for you if you like - You can write down what ratings you want up/down levelled and I can get it done in 10 minutes. Please make sure you mention if its the home rating you want changed or the away rating.

The current ratings are heavily based on the previous season.

Don't worry, I wanted to created tweak them constantly throughout the season. I've now made my own ticker 🙂

The ratings are based on past seasons performance, but I'm happy to make a second ticker based on what changes in team ratings the FPL community suggests due to foreseen team strength changes. It will only take me 10-15 minutes, and everyone will probably be a little happier.

      All I need is

      > The team name
      > If you want it up or down levelled (dont worry I dont need any more specifics)
      > If its the home or away fixture that you are talking about (or both?)
      > Is this the attacking/defensive/overall rating you are wanting to change?

Probably best to have a consensus.

The season ticker version lets change the "fixture difficulty". Is that just the defensive strength of the team? Is there a way to adjust their attacking strength as well?

I usually pull best rotations together pretty quickly after the fixture release, but this would have blown it out of the water so glad I didn't bother this year 🙂

Everton's start [juicy opening day aside] is beyond awful, will be an easy decision not to pick any of their players.
