    Serious question: Am I better off playing Sterling against Chelsea or Adam Johnson against Norwich? Need Kun funds and Sterling looks bad.

    (Johnson can be replaced by any midfielder up to 6.0 with good fixtures. Suggestions welcome)

        Oh yeah, I don't think he gets as many points as he should. I think the first goal was his goal though. And get got fouled in the penalty box which the ref didn't give.

    With Sanchez and Aguero now both being fit, it's making me twitch and hit the wc button. This is what my team would look like:

    McCarthy (Hennessey)
    Darmian, Toby, Gomez (Huth, Oxford)
    Hazard, Sanchez, Mane, Mahrez (Westwood)
    Aguero, Benteke, Sakho

    I would've had to get Aguero and Sanchez gw3 and 4 respectively, and I wouldn't be able to afford that team once price rises happens. The core of the team didn't change much, only new additions are Darmian, Sanchez, Mahrez, Oxford, Westwood and Aguero. Mahrez might be a knee jerk, but Darmian, Sancez and Aguero are all for the long run. What do you think? Is it madness I'm even considering my WC?

        McCarthy (Hennessey)

        Hazard, Walcott, Mane, Sterling (Bentaleb)

        So pretty similar, but 6 changes. Rooney and Walcott were always gonna be replaced for Aguero and Sanchez at some point. If there were no such thing as price changes, I could wait and afford that team in gw 3/4, but I can't

        Tbh, I'm not bringing in players who brought in huge hauls. They are tried and tested players like Aguero and Sanchez. Mahrez is only for price rise and the fact that I need a 5.5 mid to afford both Aguero and Sanchez. Granted, they might not hit form as soon as I'd like, but they were players I was always planning on getting.

      Ozil is the player I like least in your starting 11, but I'm not sure whether I'd shift him yet. Ayew has a couple of nice fixtures coming up though if you're tempted to twist.

            Yeah Rooney, If I downgraded Ozil to Ayew say I could change Rooney to a forward up to the value of 9 million and then Mane could become Sanchez when Mane's fixtures deteriorate.

    Hate to knee-jerk but if Oxford was to start the next 2 game (LEI & BOU), he would be excellent value at 4m. Especially tempting when I was looking at Ogbonna at 5m!

      Most definitely ... the only issues is around his nailedness. Being such a young buck he's likely to get rotated to keep him together for the season, and will get the bench when they play big physical teams. Also, it seems Joey Barton is on his way to West Ham which could threaten his spot.

        True, should be treated wisely. Looking through the current squad though, I can see no real DM to threaten him (as you say, Barton could come in to the XI).

        Short term is all I'm looking at currently, two very favourable home fixtures and freeing up some money by getting out Azpi.

    Deciding whether to keep Theo or sell him is giving me a headache

    Best case scenario

    - He starts and scores to put him in contention for a starting spot against pool

    Worst case scenario

    - Another 1 pointer while i pinch my self for not getting one of Ayew/Payet who gets a nice haul again
