Gameweek 2 gets us up and running earlier than usual tonight, as Villa welcome United to the midlands.

Both sides opened their seasons with 1-0 wins and Tim Sherwood will be seeking home improvements, having managed just one home clean sheet at Villa Park since taking the helm. Captain Poll favourite Wayne Rooney, meanwhile, looks to improve upon a record that saw him score just once outside of Old Trafford in 2014/15.

United roll up to Villa Park for their first away game of the season having struck just 21 goals in their 19 road trips under Louis van Gaal last term, registering a shot on goal every 8 minutes. They’ll be up against a Villa rearguard that kept just four clean sheets in front of their own fans last term, shipping 25 goals – only Crystal Palace kept fewer shutouts than the midlanders.

Having failed to ignite against Spurs, Van Gaal will look to his attacking players to perform tonight, providing a test to Sherwood’s rearguard following their opening day success at Bournemouth.

      Opinions welcomed as long as they agree with mine.

      Before Walcott drops tonight I m using my 2 FT to upgrade to Sanchez and drop Benteke to Sakho. I think thus makes sense but other opinions would be taken into consideration.

      Tekkers plays Ars next and Sakho BOU so makes sense to me. This way I get Walcotts potential for 1 game, miss his drop.

              Just can't be doing with the Walcott headache every week. Sanchez is a better option and Sakho looks good, whereas Tekkers looks like a misfit in that team. I know it is 1 game but I am using some sound logic :).

              If it backfires so be it. I am a man. Will only cry for an hour!!
