Gameweek 2 gets us up and running earlier than usual tonight, as Villa welcome United to the midlands.

Both sides opened their seasons with 1-0 wins and Tim Sherwood will be seeking home improvements, having managed just one home clean sheet at Villa Park since taking the helm. Captain Poll favourite Wayne Rooney, meanwhile, looks to improve upon a record that saw him score just once outside of Old Trafford in 2014/15.

United roll up to Villa Park for their first away game of the season having struck just 21 goals in their 19 road trips under Louis van Gaal last term, registering a shot on goal every 8 minutes. They’ll be up against a Villa rearguard that kept just four clean sheets in front of their own fans last term, shipping 25 goals – only Crystal Palace kept fewer shutouts than the midlanders.

Having failed to ignite against Spurs, Van Gaal will look to his attacking players to perform tonight, providing a test to Sherwood’s rearguard following their opening day success at Bournemouth.

So what was the reason for Sinclair going off, him and Amavi were Villa's best players , is Tim Sherwood out of his mind??

Sinclair created so much space for Amavi to attack. Sherwood is dumb

Amavi on 27BPS, nearly in the baps, as a conceding defender. Impressive!!!

Unfortunately little priced out as a FPL option...5M too much for a villa defender. At 4.5 i'd seriously consider him.

I'm ditching him this week. Got 2.5 in the bank for Sergio, just hope I can see Sergio play on Sunday to make sure he isn't dead, before Rooney drops in price!
