Thanks, I like Gomes too. I almost added a couple of lines about him and Myhill, but the word count was already getting up so I stopped at six.
Having Butland as my GK, and I am seriously considering Krul, Gomes & Lindegaard (if he nailed) as Butland replacement someday in the future. I will be more than happy to know your thought on budget keepers if you have any plan to write an article regarding that.
I might wait until we have a little more data, but I'll make a mental note. I could benefit from looking at budget keepers myself as doing this article made me disappointed at the returns from my keeper selections so far (Ruddy, Butland and McCarthy).

I think for graphs and charts there should be an ascending or descending order rather than alphabetical.
for example goalkeepers graph should be from highest scoring to lowest rather than name.Thanks Scab, recommendations are most welcome.

I feel very uncomfortable about the two early transfers I made straight after GW 4 and beers were involved.
I shipped Sanchez and bought in Pedro then upgraded my benchfodder Westwood to Sako.
The problem is now I have a front eight consisting off:
Silva Pedro Payet Mahrez Sako
Aguero Gomis Diouf
This gives me a selection headache moving forward and now I am regretting wasting my two free transfers. Sanchez could explode with his stats and frankly Payet / Mahrez / Sako seems like a bubble about to burst!
Any thoughts on what I've done? Open to both positive and negative feedback. I feel like a right muppet 🙁Would've stuck with Sanchez tbh. Who you planning to bench this week? Sako or Diouf?

Pedro is not a bad option but never over Sanchez. Sanchez isn't scoring but unlike Hazard, his stats are extraordinarily good.
Not wrong getting Sako. Good stats. Better than cash wasting ITB.This. My rookie error was I noticed the stats after I made the transfer which burnt me even more. I sort of made the transfer in frustration whilst on the beers which is never a good thing I guess.
I could always drop Payet after this week to Westwood and then use that later if Sako / Mahrez continue their form.
As you have already done it, so nothing to be worried about the transfers.
Pedro & Sako might turn to be the picks of the week, who know.

I like the Sako selection in isolation but your right it gives you a selection headache. The first transfer seems unecessary.
Nothing wrong with shipping Sanchez, Arsenal and him are both out of form and they are struggling at home
This was my initial thought of making the transfer, but seeing Sanchez's stats after I shipped him, it feels like he is at the "explosion imminent" status. If he blanks I'll be chuffed, but Stoke aren't all that strong at the back with 0/5 cleansheets!
All ifs and buts. Stats only tell 1 side of the story, watching Arsenal is a painful experience and frustrating experience at the moment
I listened to the commentary on the New/Ars game and it was an absolute bore-fest. Probably another reason why I was quick to drop him to be honest.
Contrary to popular opinion here, Arsenal dont seem to banging it in.
Sanchez may be good, but as a team they haven't still started to turn it on.

In all honestly, I would look into Benteke. He has favorable fixtures ahead of United, but I'm not convinced about his form and goal scoring at the moment.

Well I signed him the week prior, and I was hoping for more (any) price rises, but that's not the reason I bought him, so I don't feel foolish. I felt (and still do) that he represents better value than Hazard, at least in the short term.
On the subject of rushing a player in... I did draft Ayew in at the very start of this week, after first holding to take the profit on Yaya, then the next day catching the price rise of Ayew.
While it is a risk drafting a player in before the Internationals, and it has kept me nervous all week, I think the gambles gonna pay off
