    GW5 Stats:

    Average: 29.1
    Average (top 10k): 33.9

    Average Hits Taken: -1.0
Average Hits Taken (top 10k): -0.5

    Average Players Remaining: 2.7
Average Players Remaining (top 10k): 2.2

    Average Captains Played: 77.2%
Average Captains Played (top 10k): 83.6%

    Average Bench Boost Points: 9.6
Average Bench Boost Points (top 10k): 8.7

    Average Triple Captain Points: 3.7
Average Triple Captain Points (top 10k): 3.6

Average All Out Attack Points: 0.4
Average All Out Attack Points (top 10k): -0.3

Average Points Gained From WC: 3.9
Average Points Gained From WC: 1.0

From these stats it is clear to see that at the current moment in time, bench boost is the most valuable chip with no heavy hitters firing. AOA, as expected, is pretty useless and can actually see you lose points. I'd recommend saving it until your back line is ridden with injuries.

It is also clear that this was a poor week to use your WC.

    Captaincy:

    Aguero: 20.9% (1 point)
    Rooney: 7.5% (0 points)
    Yaya: 7.3% (2 points)
    Hazard: 6.2% (2 points)
    Gomis: 5.2% (2 points)

    Captaincy (top 10k):

    Kompany: 17.6% (6 points)
    Yaya: 11.3% (2 points)
    Gomis: 7.6% (2 points)
    Lukaku: 7.2% (2 points)
    Pelle: 5.6% (2 points)

Once again, it seems all our captains failed across the board. Only Kompany got more than 2 points. Defenders are looking a captaincy option this season.

More from the boss on Martial: "He scored a marvellous goal and I can see that, physically, he can play in the Premier League."

Make of that what you will. Rooney should be back next game, and i see Martial continuing to get cameos personally. But now when Rooney's out, think Martial leaps ahead of Fellaini for sure.

No...it's not you...they're actually a bit rubbish at times with LVG flapping around not quite sure what to do. I couldn't see the first half but the comments on here seemed a bit meh.

But he was subbed early again.
