Roberto Martinez is hopeful on Seamus Coleman ahead of the Swansea trip. Christian Eriksen will be assessed for Spurs, West Ham’s Pedro Obiang is a slight doubt for the trip to City after picking up a knock, whilst Arsene Wenger has yet to decide who starts up front for Arsenal’s trip to Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger has conceded that Per Mertesacker is still a doubt for Arsenal’s trip to Chelsea. The Gunners boss went on to say he has yet to decide whether Theo Walcott or Olivier Giroud will lead the line at Stamford Bridge.

Roberto Martinez has delivered a positive update on the hamstring injuries sustained by Seamus Coleman and Mo Besic in the win over Chelsea. The pair are responding well to treatment, with Martinez hopeful they’ll be back on Saturday or in midweek. Bryan Oviedo is also set to return in midweek, while Darron Gibson remains unavailable due to a lack of match fitness.

Pedro Obiang picked up a knock on his ankle in Monday’s win over Newcastle, though Slaven Bilic has since suggested that the midfielder should train ahead of the Etihad trip. Angelo Ogbonna is out for “a week or two weeks” with a hamstring injury, while elsewhere the Hammers will welcome back Adrian after suspension.

Norwich striker Gary Hooper is out for a number of weeks with an ankle injury. The on-loan Andre Wisdom is unavailable to face parent club Liverpool, whilst Lewis Grabban is also back in contention after stepping up his fitness.

Claudio Ranieri has confirmed that Nathan Dyer is ready to play at Stoke, after the winger sustained a head knock in the comeback win over Aston Villa. There are no fresh injury concerns, according to the Italian, with Matty James the only absentee.

Sunderland will be without Duncan Watmore for the trip to Bournemouth, with the forward failing to train having been laid low by illness during the week. In more positive news, Adam Johnson is back in the squad following a shoulder injury, while Steven Fletcher is also in contention after overcoming a knock. Dick Advocaat has confirmed he will retain last week’s 4-2-3-1 formation, with Ola Toivonen expected to tuck in behind Jermain Defoe through the middle.

Brendan Rodgers has admitted that Mamadou Sakho is in his plans for the home clash with Norwich after impressing against Bordeaux last night. The Reds boss rolled out a 3-4-2-1 formation for the trip to France, finally moving away from the much-criticised 4-3-3 set-up that’s seen the Merseysiders score just three times in the first five Gameweeks.

Garry Monk has revealed he has a fully-fit squad to choose from as Swansea play host to Everton. The Swans boss confirmed that Ki Sung-yeung is available after returning to training – the midfielder flew to South Korea last Saturday for the birth of his first child.

Quique Sanchez Flores has hinted that Ben Watson will step in for the suspended Valon Behrami as Watford travel to Newcastle. The Hornets boss also admitted he’s a little reluctant to fast-track his recent new signings into the starting XI. Discussing the likes of Nathan Ake, Adlene Guedioura, Victor Ibarbo, Obbi Oulare, Alessandro Diamanti and Steven Berghuis, the Spaniard went on to say: “When they are ready, physically and tactically, they are ready to go to the list”.

Mauricio Pochettino rolled out an injury update after Tottenham’s Europa League win last night. The Argentine is optimistic on Ryan Mason’s availability, whilst Christian Eriksen will be assessed and Moussa Dembele remains a doubt. Eric Dier was withdrawn with a knee knock in the 3-1 triumph but is expected to be available.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream as breaking news unfolds.

    Gomes or Myhill?

Would like a West Brom goalie but at least Gomes is 100% nailed on and has scored 1 less point than Myhill so it's really like for like.

Worth WC-ing if you have these players

Panti (no CS, low save pts)
Hennesey (wants a playing 2nd GK)
Huth (no CS, price to drop, prefer WBA player)
    Francis (prefer watford player)
    Fletcher (price to drop)
    Pedro (injured)
    Sterlo (prefer Silva)

The stats to date certainly say Myhill. Good away from home, solid at the back etc.

But I see this week being different, with Butland getting a clean sheet (or at least lots of saves) and Myhill conceding against Aston Villa in the derby.

      Thoughts?

OK, we will see then. I think they would rather go with Ginge or stick Jenks at rb and bring in Tompkins.

If they really favoured Oxford they would of brought him on when Ogbonna went off no?

Oxford Vs Aguero. I even think they'd put Kouyate back there before him.

Collins is really the most awful liability. He racks up at least three major errors a match, most of which lead to chances, and many of which lead to goals.

He was the main cause of our terrible end of Season - and was only not sold, because no-one would have him.

I agree on Collins. He would end up bringing down Augero or Silva he is more of a stopper than a proper defender.

I still think they will go Jenks RB and Tomkins CB. id be really suprised. That's alot to put on Oxford again as his second performance wasn't all that after Arsenal... alot to put on his shoulders.

No idea what to do with my team so think I'm just going to leave it as it is, save my FT and hope for the best/evaluate next week! Good idea with this team?

    Ruddy
    Cedric - Kolarov - Richards
    Hazard - Ozil - Yaya - Mahrez
    Aguero (c) - Pelle - Wilson

    Rudd - Sinclair - Evans - Huth

    1FT, 1.5 itb

  22. Barmak

    Butland (McCarthy)

Darmian - Kolarov - Richards (Bellerin, Dawson)

Silva - Barkley - Payet - Sinclair (Hoolahan)

    Aguero - Benteke - Wilson

    How's my WC team looking?

2.7 in bank to upgrade to either Costa or Ayew next week...maybe

      Get Ayew this week.

      I don't like Sinclair as a 4th option. But it's your team.
I have Darmian but if I had the opportunity I'd take him out until better fixtures. Maybe Cresswell?

Cheers lads, was thinking of Cresswell ahead of Darmian, much nicer fixtures. Might just do Sinclair > Ayew now...then watch Sinclair score a hat-tirck against the baggies!

        Yep, Dawson's in. Re-jigged team -

        Butland (McCarthy)

Dawson - Kolarov - Richards (Bellerin, Cresswell)

Silva - Barkley - Payet - Ayew (Hoolahan)

        Aguero - Benteke - Wilson

        Feeling better about it now!

Could anyone let me know what odds Christophe Berra is to score tonight (can't get on betting sites in work)? He has 3 goals in 4 games against Birmingham and could be a good shout to add to that.

Coutinho with the better fixtures, Ayew in better form.

          I'd get Ayew , but it's a toss really.
