      Very similar team to mine (same front line, same midfield except Wanyama 5th mid, same GKs & have Kolarov & Richards).

      I think I'm going to bite the bullet with a hit & do Ighalo to Vardy & take Gomez out of my side for Bellerin. GW11 most prob another hit for Kolarov to Coleman/Azpi & Martial to Bony/Lukaku

      I compared your guy and Sanchez over the last 4 GW's as well. Your guy is the standout option on player attacking stats. The teams they are each playing seem to have similar defensive stats. I'm still inclined to go Sanchez as Arsenal's team attacking stats are even better and his goal conversion is much higher because he is a much better quality player. Also, Sanchez creates more chances and is more capable of creating his own chances from nothing.

      I went Pelle over Sanchez last week after agonising over it for 5 days. Didn't feel good about it and needless to say regretted it.

    Some decent one week punts for us Gw11 WCers, Palace(lei), Newcastle(sun), Spurs(bou) are very interesting. In particular Palace vs Leicester, sporting two teams with some of the worst underlying defensive stats, with high xGC to boot.

      B - Kolarov is back from injury so prob start prem match although Clichy expected to return next week. Also Vardy is a must-have! I've had him since he was £6.0m 🙂 and had him as captain each time Mahrez blanked except last week.

                I definitely feel there is a correlation between no/minimal hits and a high rank (provided you're not making stupid moves obviously). Perhaps not as strong as some might purport but definitely enough of one that it's an added bonus to forcing you to consider all your moves very carefully (both short- and long-term) and not be swayed by kneejerks.

                While my currently decent top10k rank is probably slightly more a product of a good/fortunate GW3 wildcard, I would definitely attribute some of it to being strict in my avoidance of taking hits.

                I'm aiming to have this experiment run the whole season.

                    Hits are a calculated gamble. You could theoretically take a hit every single week and always have it pay off or it could fail every time. I don't think there's any thing that suggests people that take hits are lesser managers than those who don't, or vice versa.

                    I personally found in my first 2 seasons of FPL (this is my 3rd, even though my history shows I "played for a couple years before 13/14" as I always stopped logging in after a month or two) that I was far too accepting of hits and figured if I went cold-turkey I wouldn't find it to be as difficult as I imagined and would lend itself to more intelligent hits in 16/17, if I'm still playing.

    I was 9.4k before GW started. Jumped to 9.1k on Saturday with a 59 and fell back to 9.8k on Sunday with 0 points that day. Added 8 today and expecting to net out back close to 9.4k haha

    feel like I ran on a tread mill..
