We take Fantasy Football seriously. So much so, myself, Granville and Jonty find time each week to join up online and natter semi-aimlessly about it. Some of you even go so far to watch and listen. We all take Fantasy Football that seriously.

That’s why we dedicate this episode of the ScoutCast to Fuzzy Warbles, whose passion for Fantasy Football drove him to scribe a long letter to the Premier League. In doing so, he raised his head above the parapet to gain the attention from the mainstream press and various Twitterati.

Predictably, that attention was somewhat confused as to why someone would care so much about a few points to muster an 800-word email.

We know why.

The three of us are more than happy to waste more words discussing “CedricGate”, the catalyst for Fuzzy’s irritation.

Before that, we analyse Gameweek 9, discuss the contrasting fortunes of Jamie Vardy, Anthony Martial and Eden Hazard, plus assess the Gameweek 11 fixture swing. We may have a few chuckles along the way, but we’re taking it very seriously.

    Is anyone in such a wonderful position like myself that for the next 2, 3 heck even 4 weeks, if all is well on the injury front, won't really need to make a transfer?

    I made Vardy to go wild by deciding not to do (now very very obvious) Wilson => Vardy for a hit 3 gw's ago.

    But still, Martial => Vardy (-4) (c) feels like too late...just risk it and continue to go without?
    On the other hand, next 4 fixtures and Vardy wins 3-1.
    But he can't score every week! Or can he.. 😕

    Martial => Bony for free next week could be better option?

        Don't know if it's my english, but this I don't quite understand this;
        Now, Jamie Vardy is clearly an obvious choice and is already selected by many, but I’m not tipping the player to do well, I’m actually exploring the idea of making him a front-runner out of our candidates for the captain’s armband.

        You say all the good thing about him, but you're not tipping him to do well?
        What I'm misunderstanding here?

    @Smeggs11 and other Everton fans

    Despite the good run of fixture,I feel like the best guy to own for this run is Stones. Am I wrong?

    It is unclear to me who is really the best to invest in for attacking returns as the returns are quite spread out and there is Lukaku's history vs. weaker sides to consider as well.

    I like Stones over Coleman because I think Stones will get a few set piece goals over the season while I feel like Coleman is gravitating more toward assisting the assister from his prior attacking ways.

      About price really but Everton go under the radar with clean sheets.
      Coleman has the facility to get a top score. Jags and Stones will be steady.
      Coleman will get points but they will be sporadic.
      Everton's fixtures make me want 2 of 3. Jags, Barkley, Lukaku. i only have Lukaku atm.

          What makes you say this? Sanchez rarely gets rested; with Ramsey out it's probably less likely. When Wenger said 'he needs a rest' or something to that effect, I think he might've meant the League Cup coming up.

      Why would someone use a FT for Surman and play him above Martial.
      Martial has a fair chance of attacking return independently of the opposition.

      He was being saved for Soton game, and most likely he will play a role, but he wont play for the 90 min. If he plays, he is likely to score, so if you already have him, dont get rid of him

      I think Bertrand's attacking potential is slightly overrated. I think Van Dijk will outscore him both in BPS and attacking points wise. Well worth it IMO

      Lol speak for yourself mate :P. I read the articles, look through the comments, ask questions about my team and just do what I was initially planning on anyway. Maybe that's why I haven't cracked the top 100k this season lol

        I have stopped asking advice and just read through all comments, somebody inevitably will have asked what I want to know anyways. Then just look for long explanations rather than just one word answers.
