We take Fantasy Football seriously. So much so, myself, Granville and Jonty find time each week to join up online and natter semi-aimlessly about it. Some of you even go so far to watch and listen. We all take Fantasy Football that seriously.

That’s why we dedicate this episode of the ScoutCast to Fuzzy Warbles, whose passion for Fantasy Football drove him to scribe a long letter to the Premier League. In doing so, he raised his head above the parapet to gain the attention from the mainstream press and various Twitterati.

Predictably, that attention was somewhat confused as to why someone would care so much about a few points to muster an 800-word email.

We know why.

The three of us are more than happy to waste more words discussing “CedricGate”, the catalyst for Fuzzy’s irritation.

Before that, we analyse Gameweek 9, discuss the contrasting fortunes of Jamie Vardy, Anthony Martial and Eden Hazard, plus assess the Gameweek 11 fixture swing. We may have a few chuckles along the way, but we’re taking it very seriously.

    So I am part of a free to enter Recruitment League with a nice juicy £500 plus match of your choice prize very much in sight. Believing I have the FFS edge over a league full of casuals I have been almost mapping out how I'm going to spend the money.

    Quick scan at the league and I notice also in the league is another FFS lurker who has been playing for 9 seasons (2006), 8 of which he has finished in the top 5k with a best of 101 🙁

    Anyone been/know of someone THAT consistent?

    Is there a general consensus on the use of the AOA?

    I was thinking that there wouldn't be much benefit in using it during a DGW

    I was also wondering if that while using the AOA, automatic substitutions can be made to give you a 3,4,3 or other alternative if one of the front 8 ends up not playing?

          Davies and Trippier started today. This means it is very likely Walker and Rose will start on the weekend. Rose also started the last BPL game. I'm 95% sure he will start. And I'd keep him if you're planning on benching him as he isn't near a drop ATM

          But sell him next week.

    On a side note, I need to get rid of Ayew. Should I simply jump on the Payet train (albeit several stations late), or do something more exuberant, like Ozil or Mane?

      I'd trust FFFix more, but neither claim to be perfect.

      Between Payet, Mane and Ozil, I like Ozil the most, although not by much over Mane, who is cheaper.
