    Re. Sanchez...

    Physios have been known to turn around athletes with hamstring tears rapidly, when I tore mine (grade 2) I had massages and kinesiology taping stuck on and I was ready for a race again in two weeks. It has been known to happen if Arsenal need him and quite often the hamstring heals faster when light use is introduced sooner in the recovery period.
