The Scout Cups Reminder

Just a very brief reminder that entry for both the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII and Fantasy Football Scout Members Cup VI is set to close at 9am on Tuesday morning. Once that deadline has passed, we’ll process the results and will then announce the qualifiers and First Round draw on Wednesday afternoon.

Prior to that, we’ll also try to give an early indication on the likely qualifying scores on Monday evening or as early as possible on Tuesday.

To enter the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII, all you have to do is fill out the entry form here.

Fantasy Football Scout Members can also enter the Members Cup VI via this entry form.

You will be asked to verify your FPL team ID – note that, if you fail to confirm your ID, you will not be entered. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your entry.

      Well a is pointless as the transfer will disappear.

      I don't understand the purpose of c? IF Hennessey loses his place (which we don't know wil happen) How do we know it will not be Speroni in goal? To be sure it isn't wasted you could change this to a different keeper from another club.

      d. Personally I like both these players. But people say KDB doesn't perform away from home. His next 2 fixtures are good away games so we will see. It may be a good move.

      You could do b. The Liverpool defence doesn't seem strong.

      You would want to be sure he was fit. It may be just me but I feel it takes a few games to come back after injury generally. He isn't one of these players that will bang in a hat trick in their forst sub appearance. Give him 2/3 weeks before buying.

    So if I wanted to get Sanchez in I could do it in 3 transfers (could do it in less but I will need a keeper in that time) I could do this over the next few weeks. The defence still isn't perfect but it looks decent enough. I would be sacrificing Mahrez, Ozil and Myhill for Forster, Sanchez and Alli

    So finally the big hitters are starting to come to prominence. Not seen much word about rooney here though. Just so many optons up top it's hard to have em all. I'll be avoiding kun this wk, maybe the next as well, as I don't feel he's worth the point hit in 2 away games. I am however, keen on getting the aforementioned rooney (for costa) and possibly captaining him this wk. Thoughts?

      One of Agüero's two away games is against one of the weakest defences in the league, while Rooney faces two sides that combined average a cleansheet every three games.

        That's my hesitation- that aguero has s'land. I don't see city going to town on wham so quite happy without him this wk. Do u think aguero is likely to outscore rooney in the next 2, price aside? I don't. Stk and Sot are definitely top 6 defences but on any given day, especially lately and especially away from home, can collapse. United playing far better and creating more chances. Im just not sure kun is worth 4ots

      Depends what you're trying to do. It's punty, I still haven't seen enough from Rooney to consider breaking my front 3. The 2 homes for Rooney compared to the 2 aways for Costa seem sound.

      If i was looking to make up ground, fancied a ballsy punt, didn't need surgery elsewhere in my team then I would consider it.

        rooney is a spent force. apart from the ball rebounding to him and scoring, he was average last night. his touch is becoming really slow and terrible.

        Main goal is to win my MLS. standard is generally poor in them but about 40 pts off the main one. It's punty like u say no doubt but I feel it's a calculated risk. It's either costa-->> rooney or deeney/ighalo. But that gives me more of a headache

            Sorry! No idea how my message was shortened?! That's never happened before. I was saying that some of the main rivals do already have him. Guys that should be up there in the final GW. I normally wouldn't mess around with him, just get him and have differentials elsewhere but I just feel like there's a little window of opportunity right now.

      I kind of think WC after a DGW is more valuable. Work the two or three weeks before DGW to having lots of DGW players, then WC straight after giving your team backs its balance

    Is Stanislas gametime in doubt with Iturbe arriving or are they different flanks? I'm thinking KDB and Vardy to Stanislas and Kun using 2 FT leaving 0.0 itb. I don't intend to play Stanislas at all as I have a good five at the back but still would like if he can get more than a zero or 1 if needed.

      Kind of want to keep kdb or have silva as both will be in the points regularly if city want any chance of going on a title run. Think there form will only get better with Aguero and silva finally getting fit at the same time. Sacrificing Kane might be worth having both of them.
