      No idea, I don't seem to be able to predict anything correctly this season. I still think Leicester will fade, Arsenal will have to try even harder than usual not to win it and a City with a fit and firing Kun are dangerous.

                    I'm not saying we're winning the league. That's a really tough ask, even with how bad the league has been, given how inconsistent we are, and our history of choking.

                    But what I'm saying is we won't finish below Spurs.

          If you look at consistency / stats Spurs are without a doubt the best team in the PL this season... if they can hold it together with no injuries, then they have as good a chance as anyone...

            absolutely... some of those draws were sickening as well....

            anyone can win it this year... Citeh's away form is letting them down... Arsenal aren't convincing me with some of their performances.. very inconsistant..

    ...yet. Was planning to get in for Ighalo, but why take a -4 with Newcastle on tap? That worked out. Now, I'm thinking I'll dump Kane instead and use the cash to improve midfield (Firmino v Sun, say).

                        His form is bad. Fixtures are only reason to potentially hold.

      the point is we are consistantly performing better than the other teams from a stat perspective.. some silly mistakes have resulted in draws, a couple of losses.. i.e. Leicester / utd /newc for the losses.. where we should have won..

      Far too many draws means we are fourth but even the most biased Arsenal fan (not you Acqua) can see no one has played better than us this year... just needs a bit of fine tuning

        I know it's not a stat but the work rate is incredible.

        Poch has done a really good job pushing his team. Also, love the fact that he gave Alli a chance to prove himself (which he in turn, has)

        I'm curious to see how you guys will perform next season with CL football, so many extra games and travelling, definitely takes a toll on teams and players.

          Agree completely Acqua, the work rate and closing down is fantastic and the way he has basically told Fazio and Townsend feck off you don't fit what I want is very encouraging....

          Europa in terms of travelling and extra games is more... the difference is we wouldn't put out second tier team so yes it will be more difficult...

          Don't get me wrong I still think arsenal have a better chance to win the league than Spurs it is however great to be in the mix as I said before...

          If we continue as we are currently, get at least a draw from games against you and Citeh then you never know...

              My worry is with us building a stadium Levy will let the talent go to balance the books, ala arsenal a few seasons ago... If he does Poch will say feck this...

        Eriksen at times has been excellent, apart from his feckin corner kicks...

        Alli, what is there to say....

        Dembele is looking quality and when he is out we aren't the same team...

        The biggest change for me though is Eric Dier as CDM.. with him in front of Toby / Jan we look a different team... been a bit frsurtaing letting the odd goal in but compared to yesteryear unrecognisable for a spurs team

          Possibly, but he's not done much away from home all season, and I wanted to avoid a 0.2 price swing last night, so personally moved him on for Firmino who has great fixtures coming up and is essentially Liverpool's main striker now.

            I'd be happy to downgrade KDB. I did it this week for Firmino, He's not delivering 10.5+ value IMO. But that does'n't free youu enough cash, unless you get Aguero for Lukaku or Kane. If you do, I'd probably move Kane on. Ighalo is providing great value.

                You could either go:

                Butland and cheapie (Elliot/Hennessey)

                A nice rotation. Schmeichel/Hennessey or Schmeichel/Elliot both look good,.

                Defence-wise, lose Moreno! (and I'm a Liverpool fan). Perhaps for Dawson or Targett (dependent on funds).

                If you opt for Butland, maybe do:

                Moreno > Dawson
                Wolls > Targett

                    That's absolutely true. I'm a little invested in Butland because of the points he's delivered me and the physical value I have tied up in him too.

                    On Targett, you're right, it's a risk. It's one I'm prepared to take. They do have three wins and three clean sheets in a row playing that system and Targett has been doing well.

                    It could all change though I grant you.

          One of my mates who's been about 50 points ahead of me most of the season was ranked 70 k before this week and took a -12, only third hit of season after a -4 and -8, I was laughing at him and rubbing my hands together, anyway, he brought in : Dawson Firmino, Howard and Lukaku C, now his ranked 46k with captain to play, and he played Alli over Mahrez where as I did the opposite, fair to say I'm not laughing now
