      I don't think you can afford to save a transfer with potentially only 2 defenders, Baines and Rose out of favour or rotated and Evans injured. Baines-VVD/Fonte

    Think my misery deserves a repost...

    Seems I have a cursed midfield spot. Bentelab > Westwood > Mane > Ramsey > Payet.

    In 25 GWs only had a score more than 2pts once! (Mane 4pts away at Liverpool). Ramsey did score and assist whilst I had him (also away at liverpool) but typically benched him that week.

    Alright fellas I’ve never really owned Payet when he is sparkling. His last few games he has offered nothing but really cool play to watch on TV. My question is. Is he just a diet David Silva or is it the fact that West Ham does have anyone to benefit from his play? Do I sell?

    Can I get away this week with this defence?

    Dawson (eve)* - Bellerin (LEI) - Daniels (STK)

    Dawson is showing no form at the back and WBA don't look like keeping cleanies at the moment. Southampton defence of course tempts me a lot and don't have any blank in GW30 too.

    The upside of saving FT this week is that I can get rid of Firmino for some mdifielder in GW27 and do Ighalo to Vardy for Vardy's favourable fixtures.

    The dilemma is, if Ighalo at Bournemouth is a decent enough fixture? If I can hold him and get Vardy the next week, I can do the Dawson to Southampton defender this week.

      Other defenders? I'd rather play a Leicester def than Bellerin if you've got one. Cleanies are hard to predict this year so what's a bad/good defence is hard to tell

        Well the ones on my bench are Simpson and Aldy. I don't think Leicester are coming out unscathed at Arsenal. I think both teams will score, when there is a dilemma like that, I always go with the team at Home, in this case, Bellerin.

          Leicester are clear at the top for a reason. People tend to forget that. Arsenal aren't scoring lately and Leicester have been good defensively vs the top teams since the United game. Would've been a CS vs City as well if it wasn't for an offside goal

      I’ve got a Stoke attacker in just for this game. Bournemouth maybe flagging. Everton are crazy so be wary and I have Koscielny, I’m worried too but he isn’t Demichelis and Bellerin ain’t old man Zabaleta so you never know Arsenal may be fine.

        I see where you're coming from re: Stoke at Bournemouth. But I think Daniels is worth a shout given how poor Stoke are atm on both ends of the pitch, on top of that, Daniels has the attacking threat with him.

        Bellerin, I think I want to play him, Arsenal have looked strong at the back with Cech in form, and now Coquelin is back too. It won't be easy, but then again, it's Leicester.

        Very bad week for me. Did Lukaku to Kane this week, KDB and Ozil to Payet and Sanchez the week before. Last week was eventually good with 77 points, but this with 56 points ended in slump from 20k to 30k. Ever since that Aguero haul I've been going back and forth in rank, lurking around 20-30k, but never making big push up.

        A) Sanchez to Ozil
        B) A) and Payet to Firmino (-4) (probably not, but what the heck)

        I'll ship out Moreno next week to roll out 4-4-2 in GW 27, Barkley and Aguero on the bench.
