          It doesnt most of the time, but at the end its the enjoyment of the game some times that prevails. Had to take a hit for Ivan since i am a CHE fan and needed some CHe in my life and thought he was good for a goal

    Is Silva definitely out? Holding onto him ahs been a huge disappointment waiting so happy to ship him out, however if he's not definitely out then maybe removing Moreno is a more pressing priority

              Outside of his brace the previous week he had a lean enough period too Chris, I think that blinded a lot, but I can see why managers made the transfer with do much frustration.
              At least you have him in for 27 now, just hope Lukaku doesn't troll you again this week.

      DW about it, 200,000+ sold Lukaku so you're not alone there, benching mahrez wasn't as crazy as everyone says, and Kane was a good pick of captain - it just didnt pay off.

    I know we know it already but still - Mahrez has been simply outstanding this season. I'm disappointed in myself for even considering dropping him 3 weeks ago 🙂

    In 25 games he's already matched the goals and assists Hazard got last season (14 goals 10 assists). With the upcoming run they have I wonder what he'll finish one. Could he make it to 20 goals?

    Some bad advice knocking around these pages regarding Payet as an option against Norwich. I suspect folk are speaking with authority having not watched the game on Saturday.

    I know he's hard to sell before such a dreadful Norwich, but he was very very bad. The armband would be madness and if you've got a playable 8, it's him who's earned the bench.

      I agree that Payet has done feck-all in the past 3-4 games but he is a Yaya Toure kind of player , scoring when you least expect it . Also , he is a beast from set pieces and DFK's . Wouldn't ever bench such a consistent player imo..just having a bad run of games

    Good morning!

    Come to realize that failure to bring in a decent goalkeeper has cost me dearly this season. Playing Hennessy at the moment, but no signs of improvement from Palace. So need to finally bring in a new goalkeeper, but is it one GW to early at this point?

    Looking at :

    A) Forster - good form, not the best fixtures. No blanks

    B) Cech - good form, mixed fixtures. More expensive

    C) Courtois plum fixture this week, ok'ish fixtures to follow. How will Zouma out affect cs potential?

    D) Butland - poor form, good fixtures. Shawcross return might help them back on track?

    E) Schmeichel - good form, excellent fixtures from GW27. No blanks, but can they still keep tight at the back?

    F) Wait one week, save FT and play Hennessy at home against Watford this GW.

    What do you think guys ?

        As someone who doesn't intend to get Sanchez I like this thinking. People will continue to hold on to him until he gets a string of 2-3 pointers until the end of the season. A haul or two thrown in and even greater ownership 🙂

        Though if Ozil or Mahrez blank a few games people want to sell/bench. Funny old game

    WHo would bench of these 3

    1) Payet vs Norwich who in free fall but he isnt in form either
    2) Alli vs mci who whip Tot every season at Etihad but he is in form regardless
    3) Mahrez vs ars who have tightened greatly in last 2 matches but against a sporadic form player

    I am on 2 currently but considering I benched Mahrez last week for Ighalo, most others out here know better

          Of the three you chose, yes. Alli is in form too against a worse defence, Payet got 16 points in the reverse of this fixture.

          I've benched Mahrez a couple of times, once getting 6 points when he was subbed on, but I've also played him in most of the others when many of benched him. That said I'll be playign him this week, with Vardy on my bench again.

          Anyway this is all moot looking at the below - bench Iggy 😀
