Foresight – that precious gift that that can bless any Fantasy Football manager. We need it now more than ever.

As Jonty, Andy and myself struggle with the countless permutations offered up by the looming double Gameweeks, we can only hope that our mutterings and musings come laced with just a little dash of foresight.

Steered by an array of community questions targeting the possibilities of the fixture pile-up to come, the three of us discuss the best-laid plans in attempt to jolt our squads out of the current rut.

Around the early double Gameweek discussion, we chew over the optimum blank-dodging strategies as Sigurdsson, Spurs and Stoke top the menu of options. Then, inevitably, we turn attentions to the immediate job at hand, as we preview the weekend and pinpoint potential clean sheets and “Fantasy Island Risks”.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Should I

anything against starting following this plan:

        GW27: Firmino ➡ Arnautovic
        GW28: save FT
        GW29: Arnautovic & Sanchez ➡ Silva & Siggy
        GW30: Courtois ➡ Hart

Giving me 12 players for both GW27 & GW30 when couple of teams blanking

Considering that ManU doesen't seem to have a fit striker and their attacking form, I'm really tempted to play Bellerin against them.

The only problem is that all my other defenders have a promising fixture ahead as well... Maybe bench Dann instead?

              So who to bench?

              Butland (Hennesey)
              Huth Daniels Alderweireld Dann (Bellerin)
Mahrez Payet (C) Özil Alli (Firmino)

With Bavies playing yesterday I presume he will be benched next week for Rose. However should I start him just in case or stick him to the bench and play Daniels?

Davies home against Swans looks like nice fixture and he has 2 SoT last time so he might score even. But the big question mark is will he play.

Daniels plays away to Wat who I expect to score, so I will rely on attacking contribution.

        Thoughts?

        Butland
        Toby, Huth, VVD
        Sanchez, Ozil. Mahrez, Payet, Alli
        Vardy, Ighalo

        Foster, Smalling, Williams, KUN

If Arsenal beat Hull, I'm planning to bring in a City def and mid, with an eye on GW34, leaving me with seven potential DGW'ers that week (3xCity, Foster, Sanchez,Payet, Ighalo) +5 FT's (so 12 possible). My biggest concern is GW30, is this team strong enough for a multiple blank week ?. 5-3-2 isn't ideal, but they have good fixtures (SOT, stk ,avl, NEW ,bou, nor, New, avl, nor, nor, NEW)

        Butland
        VVD, Toby, Huth, Williams, City

Yeah, I like very much Stokes fixtures. Any news on Stoke players? Been very busy since last GW, didn't even have time to watch FA cup/CL/EL games

"Racism consists of ideologies and practices that justify or cause or perpetuate unequal treatment of groups or individuals based on criteria of perceived racial or ethnical difference.[1] These can take the form of social actions, practices, beliefs, or political systems (e.g., apartheid) that consider different races to be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to each other, based on presumed shared inheritable traits, abilities, or qualities. It may also hold that members of different races should be treated differently.[2][3] Some variants include a belief in hierarchies of worth arising from biological differences between peoples.[4]"

          - Wikipedia's very broad definition.

Do you really think Vardy is a racist? To me he's just working class, using working class language.

        Tricky decisions...

        A) Is Fuchs worth .5 more than Morgan?
        B) Would you play Ward (WBA A) or Kosc (MUN A) conssidering an already playing Hennessey?

        Thanks

Any news on dawson? I might field 11 with him, as i got targett as well.
Is it worth it for a hit to do Simpson > Morgan so I have 11 secure starters? Cheers.

In the short term I'd say Payet+Antonio, then Lanzini/Moses are the picks.
Carroll is still sick note, Sakho not ready, Valencia hobbling so no pressure to change from the 3 front mid style.
