Recorded minutes after the whistle blew on a miserable midweek under lights, we had no choice but to fantasise about Chips and Double Gameweeks to get us through this latest ScoutCast episode.

I’m joined by Jonty, Andy and Luke as we lament our sub 40-point tallies, moving on swiftly to lose ourselves in the thrilling, Wonka-like nonsense that lies ahead thanks to the bizarre Bench Boost FPL chip.

We come back down to earth to answer another bout of community questions, assessing the merits of City’s assets through their fluctuating form, the Payet problem and even end by revealing our modest rank expectations for the rest of the season.

          Well, you are already set for GW30, so that's not a concern. I guess if you think the Arsenal vs. Tottenham match will be high scoring you could roll the dice and take the hit. I'd probably rate Kompany very slightly over Williams in that case, but the funds favor Williams of that's a consideration.

    I'm convinced now that Kompany over Silva is my play. Too worried about Silva's form and have been reading City forums. Seems a lot of supporters even doubt he starts this weekend.

    Leaves me with getting Siggy in as my second move.

        I'm pretty sure this is how I'm leaning.

        I've just kept him so long through all these awful results, I'm worried that he's so due that it will be this week.

        Likely over thinking it though and Payet is the way to go against a leaky Everton defense.

      I did Sanchez to Siggy and kept Payet.

      If Arsenal somehow lose to Hull, don't have a blank in GW30, and go WBA/eve/WAT, you can just reverse course and transfer out Payet for Sanchez. That's likely what I'll do.

        pretty annoying i started the season with Ozil, sold to get Sanchez while Ozil exploded for a few GWs. reversed the decision and told myself if i ever got Sanchez, it would be IN ADDITION TO Ozil.

        Depends on how confident you are of City's defense. I'm picking up Kompany, but that's enough for me. I'd rather spread things out with Forster or Fabianski.
