    Good evening night owls,

What would you guys do with this lot?

    Robles - Darlow
Smalling- Bellerin - Rose - Gabriel - Sahko
    Firminio - Payet - Wilian - Sanchez - Lanzini
    Aguero - Carroll - Kane

Aguero to Deeney? Sahko to Ake? Kane out? Defoe in or something else? Starting to see Agueto drop in price already....

Worthwhile to do Aguero or Kane to Deeney or Defoe and then Firminio to Hazard? I have:

      Robles - Darlow
Smalling- Bellerin - Rose - Gabriel - Sahko
      Firminio - Payet - Wilian - Sanchez - Lanzini
      Aguero - Carroll - Kane

    A) Rose, KDB, Kane ---> Cresswell, Hazard, Defoe (-12)
    B) Rose, KDB ---> Cresswell/Smalling & Fabregas (-8)
    C) KDB, Kane ---> Hazard & Defoe/Martial? (-8)

Trailing my ML by 30 points, second place is 1 point off me with 2ft's.

Erm... call me crazy, but if you're chasing a 50+ point lead in ML : Would you be up for a Rooney punt for the next 2 GWs ?

Motivation is high, United are fighting for 4th and Rooney has a point to prove keeping the Euros in mind. Martial may get rested for a game with FA cup in mind. Is on FKs, possibly on penalties ? I think if Kane is ruled out for GW37 and Sturridge starts this Thursday - I might get in Rooney... he is so streaky : usually scores in consecutive games

My mind constantly boggles at all the neatly convenient ways in which players and clubs accomplish things/reach milestones.

Notable example: Giggsy breaking Bobby Charlton's appearance record in a Champions League Final scoring the decisive penalty..

Buying Darmian at 11.44 because he was in line ups that come out 2 minutes early, transfer went through but didn't confirm team. Ended up getting cleanie and 2 bonuson my bench and I accidentally played Targett instead to double up from Saints who got 0 points. Has haunted me all season long. Worst player was Walcott, by far.

I had an over-ambitious GW1 team, with triple SOT (Targett Mane Pelle) & WHU (Jenk, Payet, Carroll) so it was not that far from being worts.. plus a certain AVL mid in Sinclair.. it set the tone for a bad sason

Why did so many people in the beginning of the season had Ruddy-Rudd? On the one hand it makes sure you have a playing goalkeeper, on the other hand it makes sure your goalkeeper is from Norwich 😉

Sadly, looks like Walcott for me. He really does seem a good fellow in interviews, so it especially pains me how badly his season has gone. I see that I had Albrighton, Huth, and Schmeichel at the start--pity I picked the wrong MF (though he started with a bang) and that their defense took so long to come together.

Looking at it now my GW1 midfield had a disastrous season, so take your pick:
      Hazard: 4G 4A all season
      Cazorla: 0G 3A
      Chadli: 3G 2A
      Depay: 2G 1A

Also a special mention to Sebastain Coates who got me -1 point in the only GW I played him.

Good point BananaNose. Watford conceeding 2 goals at Villa is a bad sign so staying away from their defenders sounds like a great idea.

I hadn't thought of selling Kane properly instead of Aguero until now but given Man City still need to fight for a Champions League spot then maybe that it the better option. I wonder why Defoe though instead of Deeney given the fixtures but appreciate Sunderland are fighting to stay up. My ML leader by 8 points has Aguero so I should keep him but I wonder if the ylgolden boot means much to Kane?

            Absolutely.

Spurs will now have one thing in their mind, make Kane golden boot winner, they will do everything they can

I guess the result of the Man City Vs Real Madrid game should not affect Aguero's premier league games given the final is 2 weeks after the end of the premier league season. I can't help but think Aguero will bags points against Arsenal. Especially if KDB plays.

Depends on if you are chasing or not. Some differentials have to come into play at some point. And having DGW forwards is a good place to start.

I took Kun out for Deeney last week and captained Deeney. Sometimes going against the tide can work.

    Firmino, Barks, Redmond, Payet, Lanzini

Thinking Barks to Hazard? Any other mid suggestions? Budget is no issue.

Rival has two DGW players so really want to smash it this week! He's 80 points in front so my only hope is an amazing 37

Mane, Sanchez, Barkley, Wilian, Mata spring to mind. You should wait till Friday I think.

    Robles
    PVA-Rojo-Fuchs
    Payet-Lanzini-Fabregas-Hazard(TC)
    Sturridge-Carroll-Kane

    Darlow-Sanchez-Bellerin-Walker

    Good to go?
2.1 ITB. 2FT. Trailing by 50 points. Looking for some differentials here. Help?

I would get De Gea or Smalling for Fuchs and then Defoe or Deeney for Kane. TC Payet for me.

In fact I would take the 4 poiint hit for all 3.

          I probably would too.
Though if 50 points behind I still think I would roll the dice on TC.
Payet will be a very popular captain selection this week, little to be gained if your opponent captains him too, imo.

True. My ML leader spent hit TC early in the season so I guess you need to base your selection on your ML leader's squad.

      Robles (Darlow)
      Rojo PVA Simpson (Bellerin, Rose)
      Sanchez Lanzini Payet Milner (Ozil)
      Aguero Defoe Sturridge

      8 DGWers.

Aguero, Ozil, Simpson > Carroll, Hazard, Smalling (-8) worth it? Would leave 11 DGWers and a juicy set up for 38 too.

Only worry is 3 WHU attackers versus 2 Man Utd defenders in their game.

Quick poll for those who still own Kane and Kun:

    A) Keeping both
    B) Keeping only Kane
    C) Keeping only Kun
    D) Selling both
