We have five matches still to savour this Sunday before the third international break of the season is upon us.

First up, there’s the small matter of a north London derby at the Emirates as Arsenal take on goal-shy Tottenham Hotspur.

Alexis Sanchez looks for a fourth double-figure haul of the season after last week’s brace at Sunderland, whilst the Gunners are boosted by the return of Theo Walcott.

Subject to more transfers out than any player last week, Walcott has netted four of his five goals at the Emirates this season.

Spurs, meanwhile, wasted no time in recalling the fit-again Harry Kane to the first XI as they look to improve a recent that’s harvested a mere three goals in their last six in all competitions.

Arsenal have been solid at the back in front of their own fans, though, chalking up five clean sheets in the previous six Emirates fixtures.

Their prospects are boosted further by the return of first-choice full-backs Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal, who, like Walcott, have shrugged off minor injuries in times for today’s derby.

Doesn't matter, if attacking players are offside it's offside.

        Defender back passes are exempt?

If he's had to defend to stop an attacker reaching the ball, then they're interfering with play. It's offside.

Sanchez was the only one offside and made no movement towards the ball, the attacker in that case was an onside Koscielny.

Not sure whether this applies on set-pieces at such close quarters to the keeper. Especially when no Arsenal player gets a touch.

If the ball flew in directly there is obviously no offside, so the ball and the last touch definitely matters. And since the last touch is a defender I guess it should stand?

At set-pieces everyone will be interfering tbf. Tough to decide.

Not Sanchez, he was the only one offside (and the player at the 2nd post that had nothing to do with it).

I have woken up with a hangover and a -4 but I now have Hazard, Costa and Austin in my team rather than Ibrah, Tekkers and Firmino.

Should I be happy with the new players? Or waaaay to knee jerky?

You should be happy as long as you have Cout

It's still offside, regardless of Spurs touch. They wer off as the ball was played and interfering with play

Not many chances but Arsenal clearly the better side that half.

Spurs looking more flat as each gw passes. Alli a big loss also.

I think second half will have more goals as Spurs have to go for it if they want something from this match. Just can't see them scoring.

Really need Sanchez to get something.
