After a 1-1 stalemate at the Emirates earlier this afternoon, we now focus our attentions on a trio of fixtures that get underway within the next hour.

There are a couple of kick-offs to keep us ticking over at 2.15pm.

Liverpool’s free-scoring attack are heavily fancied at home to Watford. Philippe Coutinho and Sadio Mane have both produced two sets of double-figures at Anfield already, whilst Roberto Firmino – with a goal or assist in three of the last four – has stepped up in consistency of late.

Walter Mazzarri’s men have chalked up three successive clean sheets prior to today’s visit to Merseyside, though Fantasy managers who chose to start the Hornets’ wing-back Jose Holebas may have to rely on his ability to serve up attacking returns this time around.

Southampton’s trip to Hull offers Charlie Austin to justify the steady stream of investment that’s led to a price rise in five successive Gameweeks.

Up against the league’s most porous defence, Austin will trigger further transfers in if he adds to a run of four goals in six. Club-record signing Sofiane Boufal, however, is named amongst the subs once again by Claude Puel.

Man United and Swansea don’t have their troubles to seek ahead of their 3pm head-to-head at the Liberty.

Worryingly for Jose Mourinho, his side have won just one of their last six road trips in all competitions – a 3-1 victory at Northampton Town in the EFL Cup back in September.

Nonetheless, Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s loyal band of owners will be hoping he can banish his goal drought and notched against a defence that has conceded at least twice in all but one of their five home matches in the top-flight.

For the Swans, the form of Gylfi Sigurdsson offers hope of clinching a vital three points.

The Icelandic international has scored or assisted in four of the last seven Gameweeks, producing points against Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal as well as an assist away to Stoke on Monday.

    Hoping to get some advice on this.

    Heaton Foster
    McAuley Williams Mustafi Pieters Amat
    Coutinho Firmino Sanchez Redmond Allen
    Lukaku Aguero Defoe

    2 FTs, 0.0 ITB

    Currently exploring these options over the international break
    A) Mustafi, Redmond, Defoe --> Friend, Hazard, Anichebe (-4)
    B) Firmino/Coutinho, Redmond --> Hazard, De Roon
    C) Mustafi --> Alonso
    D) Sanchez --> Hazard
    E) Both of C and D (keeping in mind that I would have no Arsenal players)
    Or any other options yall feel is better.

    Personally I feel these options are a little bit knee jerky but its really getting hard to ignore Chelsea with their current form. I would obviously look to do my transfers later in the international break as much as possible but I want to know what do yall think is the best option for now.

      I think D. You could do C as well but not necessarily to Alonso.

      IMO the Liverpool mids are undroppable with these fixtures. Sanchez has a packed bunch of fixtures coming up, the squad is almost back to full health; there will be the occasional rotation risk. And he's expensive. He's only got two great fixtures in the next 6: BOU (gw13) and STO (gw15). There are good captaincy alternatives (GW13: Coutinho (SUN) and Aguero (bur), GW15: Hazard (WBA), Lukaku (wat) and Coutinho (WHM)) for those.

      Well that's easy, we've had 11 GW's so you've had 11 FT's and 8 hits.

    my week -

    Took a minus 4 to get Allen and Austin in for Rodwell and Benteke (Brought in Allen are hearing that Wilson would miss out).
    Wilson, Sterling and Lovren didnt play. Meant that I got Holebas -2 off the bench, who is now suspended for the home tie. Also got Allen's 1 point, and nothing for a non-playing Amat.

    Coutinho and Firmino redeemed me a little, but I have no Chelsea players (Will do Wilson and Sterling out for Hazard and Anichebe tonight)

    please help guys any advice would be great on the team!

    Heaton (Pickford)
    Azpi, Holebas, Mcauley (Friend, Amat)
    Hazard, Alexis, Gundogan, Allen (Marney)
    Kun, Lukaku, Costa

    0m itb.

    I already made my transfers this week, getting hazard and gundogan for walcott and lallana. Now i'm not too sure if I should have done that, but that being said, if I had waited, I wouldnt have been able to get hazard because of his price rise.

    Is liverpool mid so neccessary that I must get rid of one of the Haz, Alexis, Kun, Kaku, Costa or should I leave it the way it is.
