Dugout Discussion – Watford vs Stoke

Sunday treats Fantasy managers to four matches as Watford and Stoke get matters underway in the midday kick-off at Vicarage Road.

We have high hopes for the Hornets wing-backs Jose Holebas and Daryl Janmaat, with the duo earning a spot in our Scout Picks and Spot the Differential articles respectively for Gameweek 13.

Etienne Capoue, meanwhile, has the chance to show just why he was last week’s second most transferred in player, with the Frenchman netting for the fifth time this term in a 2-1 win over Leicester.

Stoke roll up without the suspended Joe Allen after the Welshman collected a fifth caution of the campaign last time out.

Those holding the likes of Marko Arnautovic and Xherdan Shaqiri will be hoping for an upturn in form ahead of next week’s home clash with Burnley. With the fixtures set to turn against the Potters from Gameweek 15 onwards, many will be already planning an escape route.

    I think its a bit rubbish that the premier league has a whole weekend supporting the LGBT stonewall movement which is great but dont show the same level of support to other causes like black lives matter or the refugees crisis.

    Rubs me the wrong way

      Black Lives Matter / Refugee Crisis are political movements, football is best staying far away fromthose. LGBT is social.

        @OC that is exactly my point. They know football has a big influence so theyre showing their activism for this movement. But want to stay away from the real problema which makes me wonder are they trying to appease a certain set of fans for good PR or do they actually give a s---t?

          LGBT is a group of people not a movement. I haven't really followed this but i think it's about showing acceptance towards them, although i'm not sure it's that much of a problem these days

      Slight difference in that. Black lives matter + the refugee crisis are very much so in the sphere of political matters. The LGBT weekend is designed to help encourage acceptance of LGBT members throughout football, fans or players. It is very much so intrinsic to the game and really a huge problem. Lots of gay players out there who live a very isolated life in the dressing rooms hiding who they are.

        @somalion And im all for that but dont stop there is what im saying! Football gets away with anything. We even know its fixed and now that noise has died down. So if you was to show your support for something else that needs attention. It wouldnt be bad at all.

      Whoever does well in GW14. Hard to tell. People are lethal this season. One good/bad game and prices swing massively

      I'm sorry to say that you should never have picked him in the first place. He's a terrible player in fantasy terms. (My defensive picks have been awful too but he's the one mistake I haven't made this year.)

        2015/16: Foster & Myhill combined 11 clean sheets
        2016/17: Foster 3 clean sheets

      This season is just horrible for me. Everything just keeps going wrong for me.
      My team is a complete shower of s***.

      So I had exact funds to do Rashford & Gundogan >> Kane & De Roon only to find out Rashford has dropped in price.

      As next Everton fixtures look bad and I also have the funds - I am considering to do Lukaku -> Ibrahimovic (my other forwards are Aguero and Kane). Is it a stupid thing to do provided that I have Lukaku for 9.0?
