Our usual post-Gameweek delve into the data arrives, as we assess some of the most impressive performers over the previous round of fixtures.

Sunderland, West Brom and Tottenham Hotspur all supply us with a pair of standout options, while we check in on City’s key creator and a Southampton differential as the fixtures turn in the Saints’ favour.

West Ham have been shocking as we all know but gw 16/17 they have Burnley and hull both home games. Who would you get in if anyone?

Yeah there's that to consider, I was hoping he'd begin firing in a Firmino-esque position before the Hull Burnley Swansea Leicester fixtures and then take the profit and run. Payet it is!

It's run by Doosra and Ginkapo, https://ginkapo.wordpress.com/, spaces are usually very limited. You should try contacting them when they're online (but I don't think requests are usually welcomed). 🙂

Worth taking Pedro out for a hit? If so who for? 1.7m ITB. Current team:

    Kane Costa Austin

What's the news on him ?
Probably Eriksen and hope he gets a return Vs United, usually a big game player so he might just continue his form before The two plum home fixtures.

In the same position, but only 0.2 ITB witch limits the options.
He should be fit i belive, but might be benched? If he starts, he could be in for quite a score this gw. Hence i cant really pull the trigger just yet.

Am I crazy for contemplating captaining Redmond this week? He performs well at Home and his looked much better the last two game weeks.

    Pickford
    Alonso, Keane, Rose (Pieters, Brunt)
Redmond (C), Alli, Hazard, Sanchez (VC) (Allen)
    Anichebe, Costa, Kane

So many big hitters but I'm not convinced by any of them for this GW.

I'd probably go Sanchez or Costa, but Redmond would be a big differential if you've got the balls. Alonso could be a good option. I know the rule is never to captain a defender, but he's probably better than 50/50 to get a clean sheet so he's got a head start and attacking potential. Tony Pulis always parks the bus against the big teams away so he could get right forward

If Ozil decides to blank and Haz/Sanchez explode, you will miss those points big time.
Question is how good are WBA and Stoke going to defend? Stoke have never conceded more than 2 in a game I think and Pulis is capable of grinding it on his day .
Or the form of Sanchez and Chelsea can wreak havoc.
50/50, has to be your call, can go either way.

Fair enough. The hit may not enough play off immediately this week but over the Christmas period, I surely think Hazard and Sanchez both will outscore Ozil.

agreed, not like they can't deliver with their form this week itself though so maybe worth it.

Yeah. But Sanchez or Hazard - which one? I'm thinking Sanchez. Since I have Costa as Chelsea cover and no other Arsenal cover.

What are you most proud of in your life? I have 3 children, once scored a perfect hat-trick on a football tour in France and finally finished inside the top 1k in FPL last season but I think I would have to say that the thing that makes me most proud is that I've never bought anything by U2.

      Very deep question

Finishing in the top 1k last session is up there for me too though 🙂

Collecting all 49 of the Candy Sticks football cards during the 93/94 season. That was despite my friend ripping up Mark Bosnich because he knew it was the only one I needed.

It's been all downhill since then.

Amazing! I hope he was no longer your friend after doing that? I completed the whole pro-set collection from 1991, including 2 different Tim Sherwoods (different pictures) and 2 Matt Let Tissier's (one spelt Le Tisser). That was another defining moment.

Relegation contenders Leicester have conceded 2 goals in each of their last 4 games. Their free scoring opponents were West Brom, Watford, Middlesbrough and Sunderland.

Manchester City have wobbled a little recently but in recent weeks they have beaten Barcelona and were arguably unfortunate not to beat champions elect Chelsea.

Iheanacho rises tonight folks so remember...if you're not fast, you're last!

      Agree with this
City s next two games at Leicester and home to Watford might be just as good as Kane having hull and Burnley in a row.
KDB and Nacho will look to contribute in anything they do .

    Help please

    1FT

    1) Sterling to Sigy
    2) Diomande to Anichebe
    3) Or both for a hit and maybe play AoA?

Very tempted by Anichebe's stats and up against Swansea this weekend. My team:

    Foster/Pickford
    Clyne/Alonso/Cedric/Amat/3.9
    Hazard/Sanchez/Walcott/Firmino/Sterling
    Kane/Austin/Diomande

    Thank you

    Debating KDB/Giroud ---> Sanchez/??

KDB's best games this season were also with Aguero out if I remember right, so thinking of keeping him to just transfer a striker without taking a hit this week.

    Possibly Defoe/Benteke/Origi in Giroud's place?
