Hector Bellerin remains doubtful for Arsenal’s home clash with Hull. Sofiane Boufal is sidelined for Southampton’s trip to Sunderland, while Jonny Evans comes back into contention to hand Tony Pulis a defensive dilemma as the Baggies make their way to West Ham.

Mohamed Elneny is back in contention for Arsenal after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations. Hector Bellerin requires a late assessment, though, after being forced off with concussion in last week’s loss at Chelsea.

Sam Allardyce has confirmed that winter signing Luka Milivojevic is available for selection after his visa issues were sorted. Jeffrey Schlupp is back in training ahead of the trip to West Ham but Scott Dann looks set to miss out after limping off with a hamstring problem last weekend.

Mark Hughes has admitted that Stoke still have concerns over Xherdan Shaqiri and Glen Johnson ahead of a home clash with Palace, with the latter likelier to make it. The Potters boss also conceded that new arrival Saido Berahino is not yet up to full match sharpness.

Sofiane Boufal is Southampton’s only new injury concern for the trip to Sunderland, with manager Claude Puel ruling out the Moroccan due to an ankle problem.

Swansea new boy Jordan Ayew is available for the visit of Leicester after returning from Africa Cup of Nations duties earlier in the week. Jefferson Montero and Ki Sung-yeung will miss out again, while Leon Britton is also unavailable, Paul Clement has revealed.

Eddie Howe has a number of worries in defence, with the Bournemouth boss set to make late decisions on the fitness of Charlie Daniels, Simon Francis and Adam Smith. All three have failed to train this week ahead of Monday’s match.

Mauricio Pochettino is hopeful that Kieran Trippier could return for Tottenham’s trip to Anfield, though Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen and Erik Lamela are still sidelined.

Hull’s Michael Dawson has been ruled out for “a few weeks” with a calf complaint, while Marco Silva has worries up front after Abel Hernandez was sidelined for “three-to-four weeks” with a hamstring injury. Ahmed Elmohamady is back in contention, though, after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.

Tony Pulis has revealed that Jonny Evans and Claudio Yacob have both been passed fit for West Brom’s trip to West Ham.

Andy Carroll, Aaron Cresswell and Cheick Kouyate are set to undergo fitness tests ahead of West Ham’s clash with West Brom, Slaven Bilic has confirmed. Sam Byram, Havard Nordtveit and Alvaro Arbeloa are all in full training and expected to be available.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

C - Liverpool will probably score. A and B are more likely to get a goal than Walker

Still a fan of Warburton? I see a lot of Rangers fans calling for his head, which I think is ridiculous

I wouldn't be upset if he left before the end of the season. The little money Rangers have to spend in the transfer market has been used poorly and I wouldnt trust him with another window. He's also very stubborn when it comes to tactics and playing system. It's his way or the highway, even if his way isn't producing results.

I'm hearing that he and David Weir are plotting a move to Nottingham Forrest.

Agreed on the transfers, Celtic have got some real quality players in in comparison. Still reeling over Barton not working out, he has the ability to boss that league, but maybe not the appetite for it

Was stupid enough to get in Holgate two GW's ago with the view having three Everton in GW28 (have Lukaku and Baines). But am I correct in understanding that Koeman would normally play three at the back only against strong opposition, so it's not that likely he starts GW28 against WBA?

    1. Dr Dream
      • 13 Years
      9 years, 1 month ago

No....not quite...You'd be right in saying...

Koeman went to three at the back when Gueye wasn't playing
      and
Despite scoring six last week they conceded three against a rubbish team when they started with four at the back.

He may yet return to three at the back even with Gueye back.

      1. Pompel
        • 12 Years
        9 years, 1 month ago

Thanks for clarifying - might just hold until GW28 then and reassess. Problem is Coleman-Baines double-up is soo tempting

The way I see it he's likely to use Holgate in away games, especially against the upper half sides. However, with Gueye back the chance is a bit slimmer. Kind of all up in the air at the moment.

    De gea (grant)
    Alonso, brunt, Coleman (nyom, yoshida)
    Sanchez, siggy, sterling, Phillips (Alli)
    Crouch, Ibra, lukaku

Choose two out of three: crouch, Alli, Phillips

Who to captain? Thinking Sanchez or sterling as a differential

hey everyone....I'm looking for some advice

I have had a super busy year with new babies, new job and a bunch of stuff going on. so i haven't really been paying much attention to FPL or FFS. Is it too late to save my season? should I wildcard? I still have all my chips.....thoughts appreciated.

    Heaton, Pickford
    Azpilicueta, Baines, McAuley, Amat, Friend
    Sanchez, Alli, Phillips, Capoue, Allen
    Costa, Zlatan, Defoe

2 free transfers and 1.8 in the bank.

The scouts still seem to be in denial, not sure you can justify saying Aguero gonna start

Not that keen on my team this week, but with no money in the bank and 4 players blanking next week, I don't think I can do anything other than save a transfer...

    Foster (Pickford)
    Alonso, Coleman, Pieters (McAuley, Amat)
    Sanchez, Alli, Phillips, Barkley (Stanislas)
    Ibra, Jesus, Lukaku

Bit boring, but don't think there's even anything I would do for a hit... Means I don't get to make a transfer for two whole weeks...boring!

        Thanks.

I think it looks a little underwhelming, particularly fixture wise, but you are never going to have a perfect 11 every week.

Walcott to Siggy for a hit... I should wait til next week and do it for free, right? Or is Walcott likely to be benched?

The most boring choice of my week, but often the most difficult!

    Foster WHU (A)
    Heaton CHE (H)

    I already have Brunt starting.

Currently on Heaton due to save points and potential bonus, thoughts?

Yeah you have to think Heaton for saves, plus if he keeps a cleanie somehow it's a 15 pointer.

Stanislas is one of the few headaches of the modern game.

The sooner you off load him the better. Personally I would take a hit to be rid of him for good

Like Pieters at home, but I'd always play the midfielder over the defenders - more chance of attacking returns
