Budget is not really an issue, there is an alternative in every price bracket, so money dont really bothers me. Issue is outgoing players who can cause some damage 😛
I did some work on probablities and trying consider realistic scenarios and that moves gave me 5pts profit but that doesnt really matters since 1RC/injury and those scenarios are out of the window 😛

Have tried all possible combos and cant find any move for less than -8pts coupled with the fact that outgoing players will be Luka, Costa or Alli, it makes it tricky.
Philips to Sterling will set your team for long term. Lets see if he is fit or not

Kane has some lovely fixtures in the medium term. He's the most explosive striker in the game at the moment. Even if I did get rid, he'd be back in after 28.
If I had Costa, I'd get rid of him as he blanks and he doesn't seem to be able to hurt non-owners with really big hauls
If they have a DGW, it makes him a very good captain option (or even TC).

I'm not sure what you're asking here but you've answered your own question fairly well. In a single GW, Ibra is the best captain, in a double GW Kun is.

You can't compare Sane vs Siggy like that. If you think Siggy will score within 4 of Sane in GW27 then go Siggy, otherwise the hit in 28 works unless you think Siggy fails in 28.
