Laurent Koscielny and Aaron Ramsey are back in contention for Arsenal’s trip to Liverpool. West Brom wide man Matt Phillips remains doubtful for the visit of Crystal Palace, though Andy Carroll is expected to be fit as West Ham go head-to-head with Chelsea.

Aaron Ramsey and Laurent Koscielny are both available for Arsenal’s trip to Liverpool, though Mohamed Elneny has been ruled out for three weeks with an ankle complaint. Arsene Wenger has suggested that Mesut Ozil “should be okay” after being sent home from training due to illness on Wednesday.

Andy Carroll is back in training ahead of West Ham’s match with Chelsea on Monday, with Slaven Bilic “very optimistic” on the target man’s availability. Michail Antonio serves a one-match ban after being dismissed away to Watford last time out.

Simon Francis has failed to recover from a hamstring complaint in time for Bournemouth’s trip to Man United, though there’s better news in attack for the Cherries, with Jordon Ibe passed fit.

Tony Pulis conceded that West Brom are “still waiting” on the fitness of Matt Phillips, though the winger is expected to return to training today. Craig Dawson is available after being forced off with a head knock last weekend.

Lazar Markovic is expected to be fit for Hull’s trip to Leicester City, though fellow new arrival Evandro remains sidelined. Dieumerci Mbokani is out for six weeks with a hamstring complaint sustained against Burnley last week, though Marco Silva reckons that Harry Maguire “should be okay” after sustaining a knee problem in the Clarets’ encounter.

Mauro Zarate is ruled out for the rest of the season with the knee injury that forced him off against West Ham last weekend. Costel Pantilimon and Daryl Janmaat are set to be assessed, though Nordin Amrabat, Christian Kabasele and Ben Watson are sidelined through injury.

Xherdan Shaqiri remains a big doubt for Stoke’s double Gameweek, with Mark Hughes admitting that the Swiss international is more likely to be available next week. Jon Walters is back in contention ahead of clashes with Middlesbrough and Man City.

George Friend and Antonio Barragan are both back in training and expected to be available for ‘Boro’s trip to the bet365 but Calum Chambers remains ruled out.

Jefferson Montero has returned to training but remains sidelined along with Ki Sung-Yeung for Swansea’s clash with Burnley. Johan Berg Gudmundsson and Steven Defour are still unavailable for the Clarets, though the latter is now back in training. Ashley Barnes serves a one-match suspension but Jeff Hendrick returns from a three-match suspension.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

    Play 2:
    Coleman (tot)
    Baines (tot)
    Phillips (CPL)

Currently have Baines on the bench, but I fear Phillips won't start. I don't expect a CS from Everton, but both have attacking potential.

Those who are TCing Kun/Wee Joe, how many points are you looking for?

Obviously whatever they do get could be matched or beaten by some other DGW TC candidate down the line, but at what point would you feel reasonably confident that it was a successful pick (i.e. no other TC candidate is likely to significantly outscore you)?

It's the bonus points that'll really rack up the mega-score.

Goal + 3bps in each game giving ~20pts overall will do nicely

      Anything more will be bliss

Man City midfielder straight out. No need to get Aguero out for GW28 if you have Lukaku as no other decent GW28 striker options. Wait and see what happens and assess whether you want to keep him for GW29 or ship at that time.

Right, not in the mood for this rubbish again.

      1) The quote attributed to Pep in this tweet. https://twitter.com/BenDinnery/status/837594214552776705

It doesn't exist. Search the quote yourselves, I certainly couldn't find it. Strange no other media outlet would quote something similar. That charlatan Dinnery is just pretending to be "itk" as he always is, hence why he's hardly committing to actually saying anything specific about the injury. Essentially, someone made this quote up.

      2) The picture attributed to Pep, if reverse Google Searched, is months old, without the Aguero quote beside it (because it was taken from an entirely different article) and again is not linked to any recent article where Pep is discussing Aguero post Huddersfield. Also seems to be something like Russian in origin, or at least the search phrase was. Essentially, someone took this picture, made up a quote and attached it to it. That is all I can see.

      3) Even a simple search of "Aguero Hamstring" brings up articles from October as the most recent news. Now unless he's been nursing this injury for a solid 6 months and it suddenly flared, with nobody else reporting it, nor seeing it, nor mentioning it, it doesn't exist.

Quite relevant given that they'd be more likely to use one from an actual press conference than some photoshopped picture taken from this article https://footballhd.ru/allnews/spanianews/129487-hosep-gvardiola-ne-v-vostorge-ot-letnih-planov-rukovodstva-manchester-siti.html before he had even become Man City manager.

Tell me it's OK to bench Baines if you have Kane and Alli in your team.... please !

It's OK. Most are benching Baines.

          You mean after 29?

Id hang on to Defoe for Burnley. But Gabbi thereafter

Defoe for me. A team that needs him to score to stay afloat.

Dropped from 1st to 3rd in my ML with 3 straight h2h losses. Need to stop the slide w/o BB or TC. Already did stanislas for sterling. Short 0.1 to swap Phillips for Sane. Thinking
        Phillips > Allen or
        Alli > Sane for -4.
Other suggestions? Right time to play AoA?
        Grant
        Dann Brunt
Alli, Sterl (c), Mane, Siggy, Phillips
        Ibra, Rondon, Feeney
        Bench: Baines, Maguire, Lovren, Heaton.

        Please help.

Putting the old TC on Sergio this weekend. Absolutely love 5 goals or something of the sort to shoot me back into contention in my ML.

Praying I'm also the only one going for it!

Good luck to everyone else in the same boat.
