After the first four fixtures of Gameweek 31 treated us to just seven goals last night, hopes are a little higher for the remaining six matches.

Many Fantasy managers will be keeping a keen eye on the Emirates as Alexis Sanchez looks to punish West Ham once again.

The Chilean is the third most-captained player this time around, having served up 23 points against the Hammers back in Gameweek 14.

Dele Alli – the most popular midfielder in FPL – and Spurs team-mate Christian Eriksen also have the opportunity to deliver a big profit as they travel to a Swansea City outfit that boasts the worst home defensive record in the top-flight.

Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough are also in action this evening, affording us an early scouting opportunity as both gear up for a double Gameweek 34.

Christian Benteke and Wilfried Zaha roll up to St Mary’s looking to build on their goal and assist apiece away to Chelsea, with Sam Allardyce’s men seeking a fifth straight victory.

‘Boro face a tough task away to Hull, though. The Tigers are a tough nut to crack at home under Marco Silva, with six wins and a draw in seven in front of their own supporters across all competitions. Notably, the Teessiders appear to have opted for a front two for tonight’s clash.

Chelsea and Man City square up at the Bridge in one of two 8pm encounters.

Diego Costa is the second most-captained player for the Gameweek – over 10% are backing the Spain international despite a run of two goals in seven. Meanwhile, for the visitors, Sergio Aguero has persuaded 8% to take an armband punt on the back of three strikes in four.

Liverpool seek to gain revenge on their 4-3 capitulation at the Vitality Stadium earlier in the season as Bournemouth make their way to Anfield. With Sadio Mane sidelined, Philippe Coutinho – the top transfer target for Gameweek 31 – and Roberto Firmino carry the main threat to a defence that’s been breached 31 times already on their travels.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Depends if you want some City player this week. Some guys doing Costa ➡ Kun this week.

      Sane/Sterling also apeals.

Can someone remind me, is the captain poll based on who you think is the best captain or who your captain will be?

I would vote Alli because I don't have Kun for example.

    Your thoughts. Thanks

Would say its difficult... Outscoring the rival by around 20pts every week is not an easy task.

But go for it, if you can reduce that gap to 45pts, salute!??

      Tatakai! 😉

    3. Mic
      • 9 Years

I have lowered the gap of my rivals to about 50 points from 110/120 5 weeks ago. I stopped taking silly hits & listened to recommendations from people on this site.

You could try a differential but not too punty and one that they don't have e.g. Vardy, could be a decent option to the end of the season, just risky with their UCL games coming up. Other options also from the ones fighting relegation - Negredo, Grosicki etc.

    1) Ibra + Sane

    2)Aguero + Son?

Aguero's next 3 fixtures look decent and he is scoring again. Ibra has a good fixture against Sunderland but his DGW fixtures feature 2 away games to Burnley and Man Shitty hardly ideal to be honest.

Hi, new to fantasy football scout. Not sure what to do this week.
    Team for Gwk 32:
    Heaton
    Alonso, Walker, Valencia, Davies
    Sanchez, Alli (C), Siggy
    Lukaku (VC), Vardy, Carroll
Bench: Randolph, King, Carroll (Swa), Friend.
    3.5mil itb.
Thinking of getting Sane, Ibra, Hazard, Eriksen or Kane if named.
Eventually switching to a 3-5-2, sick of 3rd strikers burning me.
Not sure what to do. Thoughts appreciated.

I would be looking at getting in a real budget buy, probably for Davies as he will eventually lose his spot. Yoshida, Stephens or even Chambers if he can get himself fit soon.
Allows you to get Eriksen or Kane in your team.

Seeing Sunderland and Middlesbrough are pretty much relegated, who do you think the 3rd team will be?

    Odds are Swansea (28 points/7 games left) 11/10, Hull 6/4 (30/7), Crystal Palace (31/8) 6/1, West Ham (33/7) 12/1

I was thinking about this before. Big Sam doesn't get relegated... Hull have confidence and have come into better form...
Swansea seem too good and can trouble anyone.... These 3 teams seem to have a plan and a set squad of its best players.

WHAM seem to have a confidence problem, an unsettled team that always gets chopped/changed formation. And injuries. Unfortunate because they have good players but not enough. Gone for me

Yeah they are in real danger I think. They don't look a cohesive unit at all and the change to the new stadium has been troublesome to say the least. They might just about make it to safety but it's going to go to the wire with the 18th place team.

I would like to see Hull survive, just for the sake of Silva's hardwork.

Swansea going down should open some doors for Sigurdsson getting in better side.

Tough to say who'll be the 3rd side, WHM and Palace possess decent quality players...

It's Hull. Definitely. Swansea too good, Palace too good (Good squads & form) and West Ham will pick up, if not they'll sack Bilic in a few weeks, get a boost in confidence and stay up. Hull not good enough squad.

I think so, Costa just not explosive enough for price. Did Lukaku to Ibra last week myself whuch could prove more risky!
