Excess baggage checked in, deckchairs reserved and sun block applied – the Scoutcast team are all ready to hit the beach.

Smack in the middle of Gameweek 37, with points flowing from all angles, not even Hal Robson Kanu’s late goal can upset the pre-vacation mood.

Stringing five men across the midfield, Luke and Az join Jonty, Andy and myself for a bumper end of season episode as we tackle another volley of questions from you, the community.

We conduct a post-mortem on the flurry of chips, weigh up the Gameweek 38 punts, put together our final day Wildcard XI and take a look back on our own personal highs and lows of a topsy-turvy season.

After 128 minutes of that lot and sunstroke already setting in, we even forget to chat captains and transfers come the end, only to make amends later.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

If you’re a traditional type, you can acquire the mp3 audio version via this link on the first player below, or take in the full visual experience via the second player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    All Out Attack:

    Caballero
    Alonso Vertonghen
    Sanchez Hazard Eriksen King Albrighton
    Jesus Gabbiadini Kane
    (Pickford / Monreal Yoshida Daniels)

    2 FT, 0 ITB.

    I'm thinking
    Hazard -> Coutinho
    Gabbiadini -> Llorente or Vokes?

Were Leicster awful last night or were Spurs just that good?

Surely Leicster will want to make it up to the fans with a strong performance in the final game. This reason alone has me favouring Vardy over Sturridge

Selling hazard or pedro before Sunderland at home just seems wrong, but 2ft.....

    Caballero (pickford)
    Vertonghen Monreal Azpi (Stephens yoshida)
    Sanchez alli pedro hazard king
    Jesus kane (anichebe)

Is it worth losing anyone for coutinho?

Leader has Eriksen Sane Lukaku Holding Malson

Me: King, Gabbi, Kane, Alonso, Kompany

Both have Hazard...Im buying Coutinho for him probably....and Gabbi to Giroud for -4

3 pts is now the gap between us. Think I will hope C Kane and hope he C he has Sanchez as C again and Kane does his thing...

Do you think he may do Sane Kaku to Kane and King to copy me ? (he doesnt have money to do Kaku to Kane)

    A. Pedro or Fabregas

Advice for my son please, who is in second place in his school league, 26 points behind the leader, with a TC chip still to play and 2 free transfers.

    Son's team:

    Caballero
    Alonson - Vertonghen - Monreal - Yoshida
    Sanchez - King - Hazard - Sane
    Kane (c) - Jesus

    Joku - Stephens - Romeu - Anichebe

    Rival's team

    Forster
    Alonso - Davies - Yoshida - Cahill
    Alli - KdB - Sane - Pedro
    Kane - Welbeck

    Grant - Bailly - King - Niasse

My question is as follows: should he keep Hazard? And if not, who should he transfer in: Coutinho, KdB or Alli?

    1. FFrulesmylife

I'm struggling too! He could become a big old differential. I would be swapping him for Coutinho and Liverpool do have the capacity to mess things up.

IMHO, without both Coutinho and Mane, for creativity and pace respectively, Liverpool are too laboured against teams who resolutely defend. I can't see a massive score, especially as they don't need to improve their GD.

Is it wise to go without Chelsea attack in the final week? Like many I'm debating Hazard > Coutinho or even as an enabler to upgrade Anichebe > Sturridge, wise?

Otherwise I could do Alli > Coutinho?

Someone has to score some goals against Sunderland. You can't just pretend it will be Batshuayi.

Sane + Gabby > Coutinho + Origi for a hit?

Somehow 36 points ahead, but he still has his TC chip.

Rival doesn't have Hazard, but has Costa (though no idea if he'll keep him after Kane's antics last night), too maverick to go:

Haz > bench fodder, Anichebe > Costa?

    Caballero / Pickford
    Alonso / Vertonghen / Monreal / Stephens / Holgate
    Sanchez / Hazard / Eriksen / Pedro / King
    Kane / Jesus / Anichebe

Who do you guys reckon is the safest captain choice this week for those holding a lead - Kane, Sanchez, Coutinho?

between Sanchez and Coutinho for me, Everton phoning it in, Middlesborough down. I know Kane went ham last night but I like Sanchez personally
