The second instalment to Sunday’s slice of Premier League action brings Gameweek 3 to a close with matches at Anfield and Wembley Stadium.

The attention of Fantasy managers will be pulled in different directions, with key assets on show in both contests.

After the “failings” of Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Sergio Aguero on Saturday, we now look to see if Harry Kane can step up.

Kane is backed 741,000+ (16.1%) ahead of the “home” encounter with Burnley as he bids to end a run of two single point returns and score his first competitive career goal in August.

Should he succeed, it would doubtless have a major impact on rankings and transfer activity over the international break.

Equally, events at Anfield could have a major effect on our thinking leading up to Gameweek 4.

Liverpool boast an array of attacking talent, including the electric Sadio Mane, who lines up in tandem with the in-form Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah.

But Arsenal have their own riches on show, with all eyes on the performance of Alexis Sanchez.

He returns to the Gunners’ line-up as Alexandre Lacazette suprisingly drops to the bench as Danny Welbeck leads the attack in a Arsenal’s 3-4-2-1.

Like Kane, should Sanchez convince and return points this afternoon, the impact on the FPL market would be substantial.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

August owns Kane. Everyone knew it, most ignored. So many more points to be had in the mean time than being "patient".

yet if he scored you would of been wrong. Hindsight.

Yes, because August owning Kane makes complete sense

But you know this is just superstitious nonsense, even for as long as it is "proven" true. Can't wait for him to get his first to stop this being parroted

Best defending all day from Arsenal -- pity it was their own FK.

If Craig Shakespeare hadn't completely screwed up the substitutions against Arsenal, Arsenal would be winless after 3 GWs.

Heck. Not even winless. Without a single point.

What to do with Liverpool attacking coverage? Their fixtures will surely mean getting stung with rotation, probably in the most favourable games against the likes of Burnley and Huddersfield.

    Man City (A)
4 days later - Sevilla (H), Champions League
    3 days later - Burnley (H)
3 days later - Leicester (A), Caraboa Cup
    4 days later - Leicester (A)
3 days later - Spartak Moscow (A), Champions League
    5 days later - Newcastle (A)

7 games in 25 days, including 4 away games in a row.

Then after the following international break they go:

    United (H)
3 days later - Maribor (A), Champions League
    4 days later - Spurs (A)
    5 days later - Huddersfield (H)
4 days later - Maribo (H), Champions League
    3 days later - West Ham (A)

    6 games in 19 days.

I nearly took out ake for Davies and instead I decided to do something else which resulted in me bringing in eriksen for Salah. I could've had Salah and Davies but had neither

    Shocking week:

I ditched Jesus and Salah for Mane and Lukaku.

    Couldn't write it

Salah hasn't outscores Mane by much and Lukaku will probably outscore Jesus in the long run. I say that as a Salah, Jesus and Lukaku owner.
