The second instalment to Sunday’s slice of Premier League action brings Gameweek 3 to a close with matches at Anfield and Wembley Stadium.

The attention of Fantasy managers will be pulled in different directions, with key assets on show in both contests.

After the “failings” of Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Sergio Aguero on Saturday, we now look to see if Harry Kane can step up.

Kane is backed 741,000+ (16.1%) ahead of the “home” encounter with Burnley as he bids to end a run of two single point returns and score his first competitive career goal in August.

Should he succeed, it would doubtless have a major impact on rankings and transfer activity over the international break.

Equally, events at Anfield could have a major effect on our thinking leading up to Gameweek 4.

Liverpool boast an array of attacking talent, including the electric Sadio Mane, who lines up in tandem with the in-form Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah.

But Arsenal have their own riches on show, with all eyes on the performance of Alexis Sanchez.

He returns to the Gunners’ line-up as Alexandre Lacazette suprisingly drops to the bench as Danny Welbeck leads the attack in a Arsenal’s 3-4-2-1.

Like Kane, should Sanchez convince and return points this afternoon, the impact on the FPL market would be substantial.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

GW 2 team would've scored 60 points this GW.
    WC team - 45 😐

The only saving grace is that there are unlikely to be any major bandwagons over the international break.

LUL, would be awkward to re-watch last week's Scoutcast now.

They overhyped Kane so much after just an average game against Chelsea, already declaring him the Golden Boot winner.

It wasn't average to be fair.

It sure was. Re-watch the game. He had 3 shots on target and the only one that could've realistically gone in was the one where he hit the post. Everything else was straight at the keeper. Stats alone do not tell the story. They can be misleading. He's been decent, nothing more.

Didn't know that you can't win the Golden Boot if you don't score in first 3 gameweeks. Sucks for Kane 🙁

I also found it a bit weird when they said something along the lines of "I don't think anybody doesn't think Kane won't be the golden boot winner".

Absurd really. Lukaku got 25 goals playing for Everton without penalties. And has shown good form. Kane has some bias around here.

Not at all. Thing about both City and Liverpool is then can score and concede against anyone. Don't expect anything with them, but their players will score lots of points over the course of the season.

The thing to do for me is wildcard, so get rid of him, then if I feel like I want him get him back once his price has dropped before next gw. The thing Is, players like morata will score almost as many points imo and for 2.5 less you can spend it elsewhere.

Having a look at this Liverpool front 3...you can't decide which 2 to have in your team, I think going with all 3 may not be that stupid as if one score the other will get the assist and vice versa...mane looked the most threatening today, should've scored twice even though Salah had more chances he was wasteful, Firmino was good because of where he played bound to be involved...thoughts?
