It’s time for our post-Gameweek members article next as we assess the data from the previous round of fixtures.

Manchester United and Spurs midfielders feature in our analysis, as do Stoke’s weekend goal hero and Newcastle United’s new frontman.

A Burnley centre-half and West Ham wing-back also catch the eye, while we also check in with a pair of two-goal frontmen from Arsenal and Man City.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Seems like I have to take a -8. Stupid Pogba

Have absolutely no regrets about not WCing last week, but reckon I will probably have a few if I don't do it this week.

Need to wait until Friday's pressers for news on Atsu and Tadic, and even then doubt they'll say anything.

How bad were Murphy and JWP?

Pogba such good value so far. All other 8-9m players are arguably not worth it. If Mahrez or Siggy were sub 8, it would be an easy move.

Between 4.5m and 8m is dry as a bone. Why I'm going 4-3-3 and considering the radical 5-2-3.

WC activated and looking for some advice. Currently on a 3-4-3, but toying with the idea of switching to a more flexible 4-4-2.

    A) HEAVY FRONT THREE
    Foster (Elliot)
    Kola, Bavies, Suttner* (Mee*, Naughton)
    Eriksen, Mhki, Brady, Choupo-Moting (Tarroll)
    Kane, Lukaku, Firmino*

    B) FLEXIBLE 4-4-2
    Alonso*, Kola, Bavies, Jones* (Naughton)
    Eriksen, Mhki, Brady, Choupo-Moting (Tarroll)
    Kane, Lukaku (Hemed*)

The lack of viable mid-price striker options makes me think it's better to go with a cheapie, or go for the big front three.

    1. VFORVANDETA

Basicly Alonso Jones vs Firmino.I'd go B.

I feel like the extra 1.0M would leave me a little bit light in defence and midfield. I wouldn't have enough to upgrade a 4.5 defender to a City/Chelsea player, so it would be something like this.

        Kola, Bavies, Jones, Naughton, Mee
        Eriksen, Mhki, Brady, Chalobah, Tarroll
        Kane, Lukaku, Firmino

        1. Pegboy
          • 16 Years

Looks like the best of the three to me. You can rotate the 4th/5th defender depending on fixtures.

            • 10 Years
            9 years, 7 days ago

Yeah, I'd actually have enough to upgrade my 4th midfielder to Atsu, so he could rotate as well.

What do you think of Herrera (5.4) & Fellaini (4.9) as Pogba replacements and enablers? Both have a much higher chance of starting the next few games for United and could chip in with a few points, maybe even the odd goal..

Mourinho seems to rely on him & he's first option off the bench. He's scored in his last 2 games (Leicester & Basel) and is a good punt at 4.9

I don't see it as a concern. Having Elliot on your bench might actually hurt because I can see him outscoring a 4.5 alternative over the next 6-8 GW's. At least it gives you no decision to make. GW5 is a case in point. Elliot can outscore Foster it's a tough choice. I certainly think Elliot is a better option for saves and bonus.

The 0.5 is worth it at this stage IMO.

One injury to Elliot means using a FT and having 0.5. In the bank to go back to a 4.5.

That or using X2 FTs just for an injured GK.

    My current team is:
    A)Elliot

    Eriksen Silva Ramsey
    Firmino Kaku Kane

    Subs: Foster, T Caroll, Chalobah,

    *Luiz to Kola next week

    B)Elliot
    BDavies Jones Azpi Cedric Kola
    Eriksen Salah
    Firmino Morata Kane

    Suggestions A or B please?

    A) Mane > Salah. No hits Means I can't get City coverage for Palace at home next GW

    B) Mane & Gabbi > Silva & Firmino (-4). Liverpool coverage and City coverage.

C Mane > Silva, get Rooney/Welbz next week for Gabbi. No hits but also no Liverpool coverage

    0.5 ITB

Was thinking no hits mainly, but now everyone is scrambling over Pogba (who I don't have), thinking I can get away with a hit.

Quick one. Do Stoke play with wing backs and if so who are they?

    What happened to Glen Johnson?
